I have been going to Dr. David for a number of years now, and have always had nothing but positive experiences. Her office environment is warm and inviting. The waiting area is relaxing - even has a massage chair. The reception area is open, and the receptionists great you as they would any friend, not just as a customer/patient. Every inch of the practice is totally clean. It always looks brand new - from the floors to the walls, to the equipment. You always get courteous appointment confirmation reminder calls - which is great if you lose your card which I often do. The receptionists/admins do a great job explaining estimates on future work for fillings/crowns/dental work etc. They explain what the estimated cost is and will give you a print out. Theres no wondering or guessing, or last minute surprises. The hygienists are top-notch! I am always taken ON TIME, and they never rush in their work. They make sure they have updated medical history for each visit, and ask if theres any changes or issues. Dr. David always checks in to make sure everything is OK. My visits for caps and fillings with Dr. David are much more of the same. On time, never rushed, and thorough. The best thing about Dr. David is she keeps up to date on all new technologies, and makes sure that she and her staff get training on new techniques, processes, and equipment. This is not your fathers dentist! In addition, she also integrates sleep disorders into her practice. Her and the staff can recognize signs of sleep apnea, and recommend best treatment. Everyone in the office is cheerful. They all enjoy working there, as you can tell by their casual banter and how they treat each other. In summary, Dr David and staff provide great service in great, clean, relaxing facilities, with up-to-date knowledge, skill, and equipment, surrounded by a magnificent atmosphere!

I have been a patient of Dr. Davids for more than a decade and have "followed" her from her initial days as an associate through her last 8 years in her own private practice in Bolton, MA. Her staff welcome you not as a patient, but as an old friend and as a technologist, what I like about her philosophy is that she does not believe in the "status quo" and she constantly is investigating the latest and greatest technology and continually growing her skills to ensure she is bringing the best that dentistry has to offer to her patients. In the last 3 years alone she has brought in 3D X-ray (one of the first in Massachusetts); Cerec and is doing orthopedic orthodontics that I have personally benefited from as I am sleeping the best I ever have in my entire life! The passionate pursuit of perfection is not just a mission statement...it is their philosophy!

NOT SO FAST and Buyer Beware - an investigation by the ADA is pending. Friendly and attentive as long as you follow their plan. I had trouble with the level of transparency with their billing practices and the level of competence. I stopped in prior to makeing an appointment for a consult to confirm my insurance would cover the visit. I was told the Insurance was acceptable. Only to discover after the fact they charge twice as much as other dentist in the area and the insurance was not enough. Also The Dr. was not able to accurately measure my gums. Dr. David measured 5 &6s when infact my measurements are 2s and 3s. Dr. David recommended unecessary four quadrent scaling, several crowns and the removal of all my amalgum fillings for a total cost nearing $14,000.

I am extremely happy with this office. Everyone has always been so kind and careful with me and my kids. Nicole is a sweetheart, I enjoy so much talking to her every time I come to the office. Hygienists are amazing, both of them. The assistants are very helpful, they really make me feel like home. Lastly, Dr. David is the smartest woman I have ever met in my life. I am very thankful that she came into my life. My newborn baby was having so much trouble with the lip tie so I called Dr. David and she saw him right away. He ended up having frenulum release. Now, he hasnt had colic or snores anymore. Im so grateful! This office is the best!!

Attentive, knowledgeable and caring staff. A very thorough exam! Hygienist took photos and explained everything so thoroughly that I felt I was able to understand enough to make an educated decision on my own dental care. Dr. David provided me with many options for my dental work and helped me to prioritize what needed to be done and what i wanted done. I even had all of the black metal in my mouth replaced with nice white fillings. The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. They bend over backwards to make me feel comfortable and set convient appointment times. The office itself is soothing, modern and clean.

Dr. David and her staff are the most professional group of dentists I have ever met. I was struggling with severe TMJ issues and since I have been following Dr. Davids treatment plan I have noticed immediate results. Dr. David and her staff tailor to the needs of each patient and her compassion and patience is second to none. Her knowledge of TMJ and sleep disorders as well as state of the art technology and innovative treatment plans are just some of the reasons why Dr. Davids office is a must visit. I highly recommend seeing Dr. David for any of your dental needs. :)

My wife used them for about a year...they were very nice, and very thorough. They WILL attempt to do everything your insurance will cover. My wife left after they accidentally (?) billed our insurance for a "periodontal visit" after a basic cleaning. At one point they even tried to charge us for an oral cancer screening, which most reputable dentists do as part of your cleaning. In summary, a good office, but the hard sell for add-on dental services left a sour taste in our mouth. (rimshot)

I highly respect Dr. David and her staff, as they strive to help patients, like myself, in reaching the goal of a beautiful smile through a holistic treatment of orthodontia. Dr. David is kind, very gentle, and knowledgeable which gives me peace about the work being done in my mouth. They spend as much time with us as needed being careful to make sure that theyve answered all of our questions. I am looking forward to the many visits ahead as we reach to attain a perfect smile.

My family has been going to Dr. David ever since she came to Bolton. She is excellent and her office staff are amazing. She is also very sweet and great with children. She has treated my son for some pretty serious cavities and done a great job with him. I highly recommend her and her office everyone from the office staff to the hygenists are great!! An extra bonus, office is very nice and well kept and theres a bank there if you need to do your banking!! Great location.
