I recently switched to McLaughlin Family Dentists in Leominster after changing dental insurance companies. I could not be happier with the move. Dr Ian is very knowledgeable, patient, and good at his job. He genuinely listens to his patients and works with them to tailor the best treatment plan possible for their needs and budget. On top of that both he and his staff are the most friendly, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to people on the planet! Misty at the front desk is awesome. She is always smiling, upbeat, and super helpful. I would highly recommend bringing your business to McLaughlin Family Dentists. Youll l be happy you did!

I searched for a while for a quality dentist and tried one other place in Leominster and had a very bad experience. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by the friendliest receptionist ever. While I got my teeth cleaned and X-rays done, she watched my baby (2 months) for me. Her and the dental hygienist both took turns holding and singing to my baby while I was with the dentist. Dr. McLaughlin spent so much time with me and made me feel very cared for. Overall, my experience was far above any of my expectations. I am in love with each member of the team. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I had been to a few other dentists since I moved from out of state and was not satisfied with them, but going to McLaughlin Family Dentists was a breath of fresh air and such a wonderful experience. Dr. McLaughlin was excellent at explaining everything he was seeing with my teeth and was extremely friendly. The other people in the office were also excellent: very friendly and professional. Its great to find a dentist that I am very comfortable with and who I know will be the same person looking at my teeth the next time I go back (as opposed to some of the other more factory-like experiences Ive had elsewhere).

Dr. Ian and his staff are outstanding! The office is clean and bright and you are always made to feel very welcome. Dr. Ian always takes time to describe what he will be doing in detail and makes you feel very comfortable about the work he will be doing. I have been to many dental offices and this is by far the best experience and I know that I am receiving the highest quality care when I visit McLaughlin Family Dentists!

I will keep it simple. If your looking for a dental practice that has the most up to date capabilities along with a staff that is second to none look no further! Dr. Ian is hands down the best dentist I have been to in the past 30+ years. His staff is incredible and fun! My family actually looks forward to going to the dentist as do I. Very fair with costs and always putting the client first!!

Simply put, Dr. McLaughlin is the best dentist Ive ever had. Hes friendly, the staff is great, and its very easy to feel comfortable, and get great advice on how best to take care of your pearly whites during your visit. Ive been to quite a few dentists in my time, and Dr. McLaughlin has been the only one where I dont feel even remotely hesitant to show up for my appointments lol.

Dr. McLaughlin office, is one of the best.There care for the clients are second to none. My circumstances for my visist was unique and was hard to do. DR. McLaughlin office Treated me and made me fell like it would all be ok .. They we fast and professional. I will and can never thank them enough for what they did for me . Dr. Ian is by far the best dentist I have had, he is capable of doing all kinds work. I am in the process of getting an implant, my last dentist needed to send me to 2 other places to get done what Dr. Ian and his staff can do in there office. He is also not looking to up-sell you just to make money. Highly recommend this office!

Overall, the whole staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Ian McLaughlin is a wonderful dentist. I have had very bad teeth in the past, and most dentists did not help me with my issues. Dr. McLaughlin was very honest about my oral care, and taught me different ways to maintain a healthy mouth. I would highly recommend him.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. McLaughlin and his staff! They are so friendly and knowledgable. I went for a cleaning and ended up needing a crown and they were so helpful and answered all of my questions and the cost was very reasonable! I highly reccomend Dr. Mclaughlin.
