I had scheduled an Appt for a horrific toothache, had to cancel and reschedule but made them aware of NO insurance and petrified to go. I was told, "dont worry, we have plenty of finance options and we work with you, you should never go without caring for your teeth because of finances". I explained my teeth arent good, I have not gone to dentists because Im petrified (anxiety, panic and feel claustrophobic if I can not move and people hanging all in your face, sorry!). Both phone calls, I specifically advised I have NO insurance and how petrified I am of going to a dentist, she said(2nd call), "oooh do not worry, Ill note it in your file". When I walked in the door it was the first 2 important things I mentioned, again, and was advised not to worry about that, just explain to Doctor. Everyone and the Dr that assisted me (xrays of complete mouth, teeth, then some poking&prodding) couldnt have been nicer. Explained what my best option would be. Then they had me go see the last person who gives you the amount of total cost after everything. He said he would put thru for financing to Care Credit (which I thought was animal insurance, lol!) and the way he said it I thought, oh this must be automatic thats why they said dont worry. NOT! I then said if you go with just my income of course I wouldnt be approved, he said you cant include your spouse. After I ask if thats a hard hit on my credit, he says, "yes, Im sorry". WHAT! I then said, "I was under the impression that Aspen Dental sets a monthly payment plan, is that right?" No, because people never paid. OMGOSH! I was so ticked off! Then he was going to give me a mouth rinse thats an antibiotic for $34! After a few times asking why cant I get it at Walmart Pharmacy, its probably on their list of scripts for a reduced price, he says, "oooh yes, well call in the morning". All that and 2hrs later, no tooth pulled, no payment option, tried selling me a bottle of rinse for $34, at Walmart its $4!!! Then the total for their opinion of what I need, $7,712.00!!!!! And you ask me if Id refer people!!? Certainly not low income, not middle income, not anyone on disability, social security or retirees. Only the RICH, so guess I wont be referring anyone soon......Thank you for the pure kindness because that was excellent!

When I went to my appointment they advised me that they gave away my appt. slot because I didnt return their confirmation call. Come to find out they mixed up my phone number and wasnt able to get me in to see dentist. Now I had broken my tooth with the nerve exposed and in alot of pain. Still wouldnt see me. They got me in the next morning, now there is only one dentist - after she briefly looked at it advised me that I had broken my tooth and I have long nerve roots . I asked her if she could put something on the exposed nerve so I wouldnt be in so much pain and she advised me I would have to make an appointment and come back to have it fixed. So I left there in more pain than when I went there because of all the poking around in my mouth. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ASPEN DENTAL TO ANYONE. GET MORE DENTISTS THAN JUST ONE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

From what Ive gathered, procedures are often a bit flagrantly overpriced, and theyre often very eager to "upsell" and recommend procedures that might not be of pressing importance. If Id known on my first visit, for instance, that the toothbrush I was sent home with had a $100+ price tag attached that Id be ambushed with later, I would have gently pushed it right back into the hygienists hands. (To be fair, it has proven to be an excellent toothbrush.) Helping to offset this, however, is a staff thats been extremely warm, friendly, attentive, and kind. Dr. Park has been good about answering questions and communicating her plans to me. There was one hiccup with a tooth being listed as filled that had not yet been treated, but that got smoothed out. All in all, problems aside, the Aspen Dental staff have been very easy to work with.

I have been looking for a new dentist, and NOW I FOUND the perfect one! ^^ The place was very clean and neat. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Everyone here was welcoming, friendly, and very attentive. Special Thanks to Holly (D.A), Melissa, (R.D.H), Jason (manager), and Dr. J. Park. They were great and very professional. Especially Dr. Park was very straight forward, helpful, and knowledgeable. She did a great job evaluating and explaining my dental issues and needs. overall, I was impressed and highly satisfied with my first visit. I couldnt ask for better! I highly recommend visiting this office. I am looking forward to my next visit!!!

4 extractions, dentist comes across as very rude and cut my lip with the tools while prying them out. then my 2nd visit for tooth pain, all they did was xrays that they already had on file and poke at my gums and sent me away with no other appointment and charged me $500. for it...i later found out that THEY DID NOT use my insurance card that they said 3 times that they did. "my insurance company has no record of any transactions from aspen. also 2 out of 4 times i went, their doors were locked and lights off 2 hours after the sign said they are open..."I WILL NOT be going back here, nor will i suggest anyone else to go here.

Everything sounded good until they pulled out some teeth and told me to put the partial in right away. A couple days later (recommended) I took them out for the first time. When I put them back in they were so tight it really was hard to get them in. Each time I took them out (recommended) it was a relief but putting them back in ripped out the stitches little by little. When I had the stitches removed they were barely hanging on and the gums were almost wide open. I had to stop putting the partial in after a few days because of the damage they were doing. (advice from another dentist). Going back to my old dentist...

Not happy at all with this place. My husband went in twice once for consultation for a tooth that was hurting bad and again to have it pulled. He does need some more work but he just wanted to tooth taken out asap. They made his feel horrible for not wanting to set up appointments and a payment plan that day for $9000 worth of work, even though he only wanted the tooth extracted. When he finally went back to get the tooth extracted they stabbed a tool through his tongue and offered no pain relief. I know it was an accident but our family will keep looking for dentist office as we just moved here. Very disappointed.
