I brought my 3 year old for his first dental visit was was VERY satisfied. Staff was courteous and competent. All my paperwork was received and scanned before I got to the appt. I arrived about 45 minutes early and planned to check in and then hang out (I was out and there wasnt enough time to go home) but they ended up taking us in early and we were out BEFORE the actual scheduled appt! That was above and beyond in my book. The hygienist (I think her name was Brianna) was so great with my son. They had to cool batman sunglasses to wear, a kids TV show to watch and a cute penguin dental toothbrush with cotton candy toothpaste. Those little things are not lost on kids. My son cant stop talking about that penguin toothbrush. They really know how to cater to kids. My son did AMAZING. The dentist can be so scary for kids but they really know how to make a kid feel calm and have fun with it! Dr. Nguyet “Whit” Tau was also WONDERFUL with my son. Fist pumped him on the way out. She was competent, quick but through and knew how to work with kids. 5 stars from this happy mom!

We love Happy Teeth Dental. We were initially referred here for our youngest son with autism who required work done under general anesthesia. We were so impressed by Happy Teeth than we soon moved our other two children and then myself (mom) over as well. The staff is kind, compassionate, and accommodating. One of the ladies at the front desk always excitedly greets my son with autism by name (even when we havent been in in months), and spends a few moments saying hello to him, even though he is nonverbal and does not respond. The dentists have done an excellent job with cleanings and fillings for the entire family and instead of dreading the dentist office, my older two kids love going. We also appreciate the high tech tools and x-ray which make the process go smoothly.

Initially I had chosen this office for my dental needs because it was so close to home. I was pleasantly surprised by how great it was! The office was cozy yet had cutting edge technology and the staff was friendly yet professional. Dr T was very flexible in changing the treatment plan according to the clinical picture and recommended the best plan of care for my needs. Dr Tau was great with my young daughter and putting her at ease. The office staff also does a great job in being prompt, following up, and having text message reminders! No one really likes going to the dentist but Happy Teeth takes great care of you, making dental work a quick, painless process.

Just had my 2nd visit and found the staff was just as wonderful, friendly and professional as the first visit. My 2nd cleaning was done with Anna and found her just as pleasant, caring and professional as the first hygienist. She knew her trade well and I felt very comfortable from her confidence, warm personality and skilled workmanship. My dentist, after analyzing my x-rays, came in with all the answers to determine what steps were necessary, along with other options I could take to receive the best possible care needed to keep my teeth healthy as possible. I highly recommend Happy Teeth to anyone looking for a professional, satisfying and "Happy" experience.

Wow. This place is awesome. Honestly, the dental hygienists are awesome & the main dentist is honest & helpful. Everyone there is talented and kind! They really work hard to make sure you are comfortable and you always feel informed. They have modern teeth-cleaning methods (high-powered water tools) which means you dont have to be probed and poked by metal tools when you get a cleaning every 6 months. Thank goodness! They always make sure I am taken care of...honestly, I didnt know there were dentist officers like this Happy Teeth. It is super comfortable and clean too!

Happy teeth is one the most personal,considerate, conservative Dentist and office I have been to. I have been to many as I am a Dental Technician and have seen hundreds of offices in New England. The office is well organized, clean and they go the extra mile to give you the best care at the best prices. Your comfort before, during , and after the procedure is their goal. The Drs spend time explaining all the processes and answer any questions, changing a potentially stressful situation into a pleasurable one. I recommend this office to anyone.

just wanted everyone to know my experience here. I have been fearful of the dentist most of my life, denied myself care because of my anxiety. I even had to be medicated to get a cleaning. For my sons sake, I decided to just go. I found Happy Teeth just by driving by after work one day and I called. My experience there was very reassuring, positive and stress free. The reception staff is friendly and professional. They always seem to be running on time. Dr. Tau and the rest of the staff are very open and straightforward about the work theyre doing and what they recommend for better dental care. I find them easy to talk to and theyre just pleasant to have working in your mouth (which can often be uneasy/awkward). The space is super clean and updated, the choice of music and the distraction of a TV screen is really nice. I recommend Happy Teeth to everyone I know.

Never go to this clinic. Very unhappy experience. Doctors skill was bad. Treatment was pricey. Staffs are so busy that they dont even check my insurance coverage limit. I spent a lot of money there and got all teeth poorly treated, and up to now 2 of them had pulpitis and I had to find an endodontist myself. I cannot enjoy ice cream now because all teeth that the doctor touched ache like hell. I am also doubting about the reviews facticity!!!! I will let everyone I know to be aware of this clinic.

I recently moved to Shrewsbury and this was recommended by a few locals as well as the Shrewsbury MA facebook site. It was a very nice establishment. Friendly and warm. Much better than any of the chain practices. They had modern and sophisticated tools. I didnt get any of the that "upsell" pressure you see in the chain practices. The doctors there were all very nice and very willing to discuss/review your questions. Never felt rushed, never felt like I was being an inconvenience.

Very pleased with the work I had done here. Came in for cleaning / x-rays. Insurance coverage was explained. Took me on on time, no wait. Anna was the hygienist. I informed her I have very sensitive teeth that respond better to scraping over the other mechanical tools. She listened and was able to provide a pain free cleaning with no numbing agents or shots. Dr. T also examined my teeth and made recommendations. Highly recommend.
