It is a sales office. They will offer you option 1-3., #1 being most expensive. Choose option 3 too many times they will ditch you as a customer to make room for new opportunities for option #1 choosers. I am a three year customer that they just dumped via certified mail because I quote "Our efforts to finish your treatment with our office and discontinue the use of "temporary" solutions is never accepted". Really unfortunate and I highly recommend staying away from this dentist. I am happy to share the whole story with anyone who wants to hear it, look me up on Google+.

Dr. Boles and his staff are highly professional and courteous. Phone calls are always quickly returned. I had an emergency and his office was empathetic and quickly responsive to my situation. I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure. The office is clean and the equipment is state of the art Both my wife and I are now patients . Weve since had experience with the hygienists who also do an excellent job. We highly recommend Dr. Boles and his staff for all your dental needs.

The prices are high and they do not care about patients just the money they can pay. The office manager can not even be bothered to call you back when there is a problem. What ever happened to the family dentist that knew you and your kids and cared about your teeth. This dentist will not work with you at all. If you have a bunch of money then please go see him.

I have actually run medical offices near Boston and have never had such a positive experience! From the friendly demeanor of the staff to the quality of the dental care, I could NOT be more pleased. I would recommend Darren Boles and Dental Expressions to anyone whether a simple filling or major work, he is the best I have seen!!!
