CROOKS AND THIEVES! Mouth plumbers!! New and technologically advanced yes - but they want to pull your teeth and put in implants pre-maturely. I had a tooth that hurt a little - yes - but Dr. Tubo said it needed to be pulled and an implant put in - in 3 days! I was not convinced, went to another dentist, and had a root canal performed and I still have the tooth and crown. Out of pocket cost - $ 188.00. Out of pocket cost with Dr. Tubo - thousands for an implant, new post and crown, and not to mention - ALL THAT PAIN!! HAVE YOU EVER HAD AN IMPLANT?? I HAVE. THEY ARE MONTHS OF PAIN AND PROCEEDURE TO BE AVOIDED BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE IF YOU CAN!! THEY ARE TO BE DONE AT THE END OF A TOOTHS LIFE SPAN!! I never would tell the other dentist who it was that said I needed an implant and he tried hard to get me to tell him, but as I was leaving he told me whoever it was - was a crook and a thief. Im never going back to Dr. Tubo. I was a patient of Dr. Cnossin for years I go to the same same Church as him too! Religeous man he says? THIEF!! NEVER have your teeth cleaned there. They HURT you and tell you that you need all sorts of stuff done. Dr. Cnossin comes in and looks in your mouth as if it was a 1966 Ford and he WAS LOOKING UNDER THE HOOD AND has to yank out the engine!! THIEF!! Never go there!!

I have found my dental "home" with Dr. Tubo and the rest of the staff. Everyone is so wonderful and nice and my cleanings are so thorough, yet painless (and I can choose bubblegum tooth polish!) Thanks Joanne!! The thing I like the most is that they are not "Salesy" like so many other dental offices. Sure, they inform you of all they have to offer, but they dont make you feel like a second class citizen if you dont have perfectly straight teeth or that you dont take advantage of their whitening options. Making sure I have clean, healthy teeth & gums is my priority and I feel like its theirs too...not pushing me into something thats more of a nice to have vs a need to have all to earn some nice commission. I really appreciate that! I used to Hate going to the dentist - it was always a dreadful experience at previous practices, where even the employees didnt want to be there. I can honestly say, I look forward to my dental visits now, since joining Dr. Tubo and team at Whitinsville Family Dentistry!!

I have been a patient at Whitinsville Family Dentistry since 1991, when I moved to the area from New Jersey. As one who has moved quite a bit in his lifetime, I have been to quite a few dentists over the years. Whitinsville Family Dentistry is the best of them all, for which I am glad, since I do not expect to move again. The staff at all levels is pleasant to deal with, the hygienists and dentists (I have been seen by both Dr Cnossin and Dr Jason Tubo) are highly skilled, and the dentists in particular are happy to talk about what they are doing and why they are doing. If there are options for treatment, they are clearly described, with the pros and cons of each option. There may be better dental offices around, but they would be few in number.

Awesome place! So friendly and fun to be around. They are thorough and efficient. What I enjoy most is that its so much more than just going there for a cleaning or a filling or anything. You get reasons why your teeth do what they do. You get answers to why certain procedures need to be done. And you have the family atmosphere. Tracy, for instance, is incredible. We have conversations of fitness, family, outdoor activities and it completely takes my mind off the fact she is cleaning my teeth. It is really worth the drive and visits. The only downfall is that they dont have a more experienced oral surgeon that handles more complex extractions. I would rather go there than anywhere else. I wish they could. It would be so much easier.

Dr. Tubo is wonderful and I think he is a great dentist. With that being said, I am unfortunately not happy with the front desk or reception. I was told they took my dental insurance and after coming to the office and for my first appointment I found out they were not in my insurance network and they expected me to pay a large sum of money upfront. Which I feel should have been explained to me when I called to see if they took my insurance and taking on new patients. I felt lied to and thought it was unfair I was told me they take my insurance, when that is not the complete truth. I feel as though I was taken advantage of and provided false information. Considering not returning to the practice.

I dont like dental work and put off going to the dentist as long as possible. Usually too long. My fear of the dentist has kept me from regular check ups which has led to some issues and I the time came in which I had to be seen. If heard good things about Whitinsville Familys Dentistry so I thought Id give them a try. The staff was so nice and accommodating they made me feel at ease. I was nervous but they helped me though it and never made me feel bad for not going sooner. I will be heading back in for a cleaning and to get some work done. This time less nervous than before. Im hoping this is a beginning of a new relationship with my teeth, time to show them some love.

I was greeted with a cheerful smile and receptionist who stood up and shook my hand to say hello. I found this to be unusually Nice for a receptionist to do. I was seen immediately and brought to a treatment.I experienced no wait time at all for the doctor to sit down with me. He reviewed my options of saving a tooth versus a tooth extraction and I chose the extraction. The extraction was painless and the price was very reasonable. I was in and out in approximately 20 minutes total. The staff was courteous facility was clean and modern and everybody was super friendly. Im very pleased with my visit and experience here in the Whitinsville Family dentistry.

The staff at Whitinsville Family Dentistry are all awesome! I went in for the first time to get a full work up and get a plan for my treatment. Dr Tubo and his dental assistant, Trish were great! They explained everything to the letter and were very friendly and accommodating. They even brought me a cup of coffee while i waited. I came here to see if i felt better or more comfortable than the previous dentist i went to and hands down, they are the better practice. They covered every detail and made me feel like there were there to help, not just to collect a check. I will be switching my entire family of 5 to this practice immediately. Thank you!

Not happy to hear about they way my mother was treated. Called and asked if they accepted Delta Dental insurance and they told her yes. She went in for a standard cleaning (which are covered), and after X-rays and the cleaning she was presented with a $300+ bill for a deep scaling procedure that was never presented before being completed. She was never told what the price would be and also never told that there was different tiers for the insurance. Deceptive at the very least, certainly not forthcoming or having the best interest of the patient in mind. New customers beware.
