Dr Walker is very thorough, patient and greatly skilled. The facility and machines are top notch. The front desk staff are the WORST that I have seen my entire life - right from scheduling over the phone , to the service they render on the day of the consultation. My experiences have ALWAYS been consistently unpleasant with the front desk whether it was for me or other family members. The patients sitting next to me with their families and a patient couple also echoed similar complaints. I chose to write this review so the management would do something about training their front desk staff on proper work ethics and customer service.

The doctor and staff are wonderful! They are friendly, helpful and always smiling! I had my annual eye exam and was seen right away & had all my questions & concerns addressed. I also purchased eye wipes to try as a new make up remover and I love them! They take off all my eye make-up (even waterproof) and leave my eyes feeling extremely clean but not dry at all. Thanks to the entire staff for making my visits enjoyable.

Dr. Richard Walker is an amazing doctor. I was hit in the eye I called in Monday they squeezed me in first thing in the morning. They have a great staff, very caring and ive never met a doctor as pleasant as Dr. Richard Walker. He got a look at my eye gave me some drops and scheduled me to come back in the next day to check on the healing. Thank you again Dr. Walker

Dr. Donald Walker is wonderful. He is very professional and has diagnosed some very complicated medical issues for a number of friends who have gone to him. He really cares. He has made contacts for them with specialists. Everyone I have recommended to go to him has been very impressed and satisfied, both with him and all the doctors working in his office.

I have been going to Randolph Eyecare for several years. They are super friendly and very accommodating. Their evening and weekend hours are great for after work. I have recently had trouble with my contacts and Dr. Ryan has been very patient and helpful to find a new pair that will work for me.

Dr. Saxon was very nice and takes time with the patient. I would love to keep her as my optometrist but the receptionist except for one are unbelievable. They lack proper customer service skills and speaks to you with a condescending manner.
