The doctor is great, professional and pleasant. Unfortunately a year or ago the store (for glasses) changed the lady running it. The new one was the least customer-oriented person I have never met. I bought progressive lenses, extremely expensive and she would not adjust them when I was experiencing a difference in vision between the left and right eye (lenses were not correctly centered). Decided not to use them anymore. The billing lady was quite rough too, very aggressive in her requests when the insurance was delayed because of a change from my employer. Again, very not-costumer-oriented although I had paid almost $900 cash since the insurance does not cover frames/lenses!

Terrible office staff. Eye exam 7/2016, billed 4/2017. Their excuse was change in office staff. Explain that to my flex benefits account bc they wont let me use my funds to pay for it bc it occurred a year ago and they hi k its fraud. Wont be going back.
