I wish I could give 0 stars. I used to love coming here and I had been coming here when it was still Eye Masters. I loved Eyemasters and never had a problem and then Visionworks took over. I have had problems with them losing my glasses and not telling me ( and then acting like I was crazy when I called over a week later to find out where they were), they have now lost my information in their system and cant find me when I have been coming here since I was a young child and am now 24. Then today, I decided to give them another chance. My sister and I walked in and nobody said a word to us. I didnt mind that until maybe 10-15 minutes later a guy walks in and they immediately welcome him and start to ask him how they can help him. I am so absolutely disgusted with this company and their customer service. I will NEVER come back and I would advise anyone else to do the same

Theyre the optical equivalent of a fast food restaurant. Dont expect to see the same employees from visit to visit. Ive never been told a correct date of expected delivery for any lenses theyve ordered. Add at least three business days to whatever youre told. Also, they called ME to remind me of my yearly exam however when I arrived at the appointment they wanted me to fill out new patient information again and I refused becuase thats ridiculous. Im obviously in the system if YOU called ME. Saw a different optometrist who insisted that SHE saw me last year when I was actually seen by a man. Who knows... These days, with advanced sex change surgery procedures, it very well could have been the same doctor but Im POSITIVE that my eyes arent THAT bad. Also, theyre not very cheap and kind of a long drive from my house so after this year, I wont be returning to them.

I was immediately greeted as I walked in by an employee named Ashton. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered every single question I had. He took the time to pick out different frames until I found one that I really liked. He was very patient with me and I didnt feel rushed at all. The customer service exceeded my expectations. He thoroughly went through my options on the lenses and told me what the difference would be if I did or didnt get some of the options. When I went in later the same day to pick up my glasses, I was helped very quickly. I sat down, tried on my glasses, and they fit perfectly. Very impressed with them. Overall, great experience. I will definitely be back in the future.

Worst experience!! went in to order my contacts and waited for about 30 min. Lady with purple hair came by and was extremely rude!! When I asked what kind of color contact they had she told me to google it!! I am going into your establishment to get service and you refer me to google to get information on a product your store sells!!!! So horrible.. She never once told me her name and was ignoring question I was asking her. NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN!!! I would have given it ZERO stars but not an option

Thank goodness for reviews. If they sell cheap anti reflective coating the glasses wont last but a few months before you cant even see through them. Its not worth going through any of what they have to offer. So ask over the phone first, do you sell "CRIZAL" anti-reflective coating. Because I have learned not to buy cheap brands. My Crizal coated glasses have lasted 5 yrs!! Most of these eye glass places have the younger people working who seem rude, thats a sign of the times!!

My daughter had a appointment. She was waiting for her Mom too show up to finish up with the paper work because she is on her parents insurance plan and didnt have all the info. The 2 ladies working their were rude and very condesending to her because she had to wait for her mother. Thats just some of the things that happened. My daughter left there in tears. Customer service was awful.

Im completely underwhelmed with this business. I have been disconnected at least twice every time I have tried to call. So far everything they described about how the process should go, has not been how it actually happened. Have not been able to get my glasses yet as they STILL have not come in.....needless to say, will never deal with this business again!

Worst experience ever! We will never return to get glasses here!!!! We waited 45 mins just to pick up our glasses that we ordered!!!!! Then when it was our turn the gentleman that help us was completely rude... stay clear of hereach and go somewhere else!!! They just lost my business..... we will never return

I had a great experience at this store. The ophthalmologist was very friendly and helpful. Tamara the sales associate was amazing. She was friendly, helpful, and showed excellent customer service. Very busy place and those associates still handled the customers with great attitude and commitment. Thanks!

the worst service I have ever recieved. The anti-glare caoting I paid extra for was defective and began to flake off. They were polite during the sale but when I had a problem they were the worst I have ever met. I will not go back. QUALITY=POOR SERVICE=POOR PRICE=CHEAP ONLY 1 OUT OF THREE.

This place sucks big time! No one at the reception desk when we arrived. We wandered around for about 10 min before being acknowledged by someone that could check us in for our appointment. Piss poor management and organization. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Overall Visionworks has great hours and a decent selection. Sadly the last time I went in I was forgotten about and left sitting in a small room for an hour by myself. Like most people my time is my most valuable resource so 1 star it is.

I bought two pairs of glasses that are garbage. The coating started delaminating. They dont stand behind their product.They tried to push me to into paying extra for the warranty. I know now why. They know they sell garbage.

I cant believe i was just told that for just sun glass lenses it would be $300 for the cheap ones and $400 for the most expensive. Im not new to buying glasses or having lenses put in. Ill never go back.
