WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CON ARTISTS. Ill explain more here. So I was in quite a lot of pain one day with a severe ear infection. I got my treatment and medication I needed and was quite content with it. Two months later I got a bill for the service. The problem is that I ALREADY PAID FOR IT WITH MY CREDIT CARD. I contacted my insurance provider and they got it all cleared up but it was a big hassle. I thought to myself "this probably happens all the time" and chose to overlook it. About 7 months later I went in again for treatment for the same thing that had happened before. What do you know? Two months later I got another delinquent bill but this time from a collection agency stating I owed more money. I took my receipt in and slapped it on the receptionists desk and demanded it be fixed. And after all of that was done and over with my brother got slammed with the same thing. Oh and also dont answer their follow up phone calls. They bill you for those too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I will give them 3 stars because the dr was very nice and made the correct diagnosis as for the rest of the staff its a 1 star. The lady that checked me knew nothing about insurance and argued with me, tried to tell me my secondary insurance would not pay for the visit of my primary was OON. Then when I finally convinced them it would they told me they would run the secondary before I left. When I went to leave they made me pay for the entire visit. I asked if they ran pay secondary insurance and they said it didnt come back yet. I paid but was told I would be reimbursed. I come to find out they lied, never ran my secondary insurance. I call to find if/when they are going to run it and the lady was so rude. She told me she was going to get my claim processed through my secondary insurance lets see how long it takes this time and if I have to call again.

Every time Ive been there, it was about a 30-45 minute wait when I was in the only one in the waiting room, I walked back and there were about 10 doctors standing around doing nothing. One time I went in because my thumb was infected due to a hangnail gone wrong, the doctor took a drill that also had heat and drilled through the nail of my thumb. Now, I can take a lot of pain but this was the most excruciating pain Ive ever felt, they didnt numb or sedate me and obviously I was in pain by my screams and tears, then the doctor decided to go back and try to drill it again even though nothing but blood was coming out. It was the rudest, most careless experience Ive ever had at a doctors office and now I just go to All Better Care down the pike. I highly do not recommend this place they do not care about their customers.

First time my gf went here she was diagnosed w/diabetes. We got a second opinion and got a completely different diagnosis. Who does that?? How are you gonna say someone has something when they clearly DONT?! Second time she went in, she was dealing with severe cold symptoms and goopy red eyes. She was diagnosed w/pink eye, (which was right) but wasnt prescribed a thing for her cold symptoms. She was given eye drops and thats it. She was also told that she would be ok in 24 hrs to go back to work.... What?! Ok, i know for a fact that it takes roughly 48-72 hrs to get over pink eye. This doctor does not listen to her patients... plain and simple. Caissa Troutman M.D. it says on the eye drops. So Ill assume that is the doctor that treated her. She wont be treated by her again.

I have been having pain in my back and upper abdomen for over a year. After seeing my family doctor several times, as well as an orthopedic specialist, I still had no answers. However, after one visit to Patient First in Mechanicsburg, PA I had an probable diagnosis as well as an appointment for an ultrasound the next day. At my ultrasound they found that my gallbladder was inflamed and full of stones and in fact I had a blockage forming in my liver. I went immediately to the hospital and two days and two procedures later, Im gallbladder-free and finally on the mend after a year of pain. And all of this is thanks to the staff at Patient First. They treated me kindly, were very knowledgeable, and were able to get me on the right track. I honestly cant thank them enough.

I have had multiple good experiences with doctors and staff who are both personable and who are expert in their field. In the past when I needed medical care, my former PCP / practice never seemed to have an available appointment that fit my schedule, despite the promise of easy availability. At Patient First the hours are beyond convenient, the wait time is short, and I can easily take care of whatever ails me immediately before it gets out of hand. (Beats the ER where it is often over crowded with more exposure to everyone elses germs.) The facility at Patient First is impeccably clean and orderly, with plenty of waiting room area. Their follow up has been excellent as well. I continue to see a doctor there as my primary care physician.

DO NOT GO HERE! My son went here because he was having chest pains (22 years old) He had worked all night and was at the end of his shift. He takes meds for ADD and had an energy drink. They checked his heartbeat and it was beating out of his chest. They came in screaming "what drugs did you take" He told them about the meds for ADD and they said no what DRUGS did you take. He proceeded to tell them he doesnt take drugs because he is in the PA national Guard and would be kicked out. They did not believe him, called an ambulance and as the EMT came in they said.."He said he didnt take any drugs but you never know" OH and the IV they set up was AWFUL..it took 3 tries so the EMT fixed it! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would recommend looking elsewhere for your care. Beyond a below average first experience (which I wont describe), I was called in to review the test results shortly after my first visit and charged my co-pay to receive said results. Being charged to see a doctor is fine, except for the fact that the results for only a couple of my tests were available at that time. They called a few days later to inform me that my results were available (again) and wanted to charge yet another co-pay to receive the rest. What were they going to do -- piecemeal the results until I was out numerous co-pays to receive results that should have been available in their entirety before I was asked to come back the first time? No thanks.

I loved my doctor, the med staff that assisted me with my neb treatment, the patience of the secretary dealing with my frustrating workers comp form and my grumpy mood because I was in pain, and the X-ray tech who allowed me to actually look at my X-ray, so cool! All were so caring, and made my experience as smooth as possible. I happened to go to a family doctor the day prior and she did not once make eye contact with me, and kept her eyes on the computer screen...so impersonal. So it was refreshing to have such superb care in a time when I really needed it. Thank you! I recommend your Patients First to others! And I will be back...truly in two days for my follow up appointment:P
