the Doctor at this location is good, but the staff is terrible! after waiting and being there for 2 hours, for my 4 year old physical/shots she was crying, my 5 year old was crying in sympathy and my 1 year old was crying because of no nap and extremely long wait, the nurse has there nerve to tell me "maybe next time I should bring help" NO maybe next time dont keep me and my children waiting for 2 hours! needless to say I will NEVER bring my children back to this office I dont care if it’s the last doctor on earth. We dont and didnt deserve hers snide remark. And to get your records forget it the accountability of the office staff is worthless. they tell you the records will be at the new office by a certain date and once at the new doctors come to find out that they didnt receive them! I feel sorry for anyone who is "stuck" going to this practice.

I just had an appointment scheduled yesterday (7/28/2016). I must say I was extremely impressed with Lawrence Spector, CRNP. He did a wonderful job at making sure everything possible was ruled out to fix my health problem. He made me feel at ease , and gave me comfort knowing my health issue was being addressed and was not just an illusion in my mind. The assistant has been there forever and is always very welcoming and friendly. The nurse that took my blood was very friendly as well. I have been a patient of Family first Health in Lewisberry since around 2010 (6 years). Needless to say this is my first time ever reaching out to right a review. I was so pleased and wanted to extend my compliment.

I used to like this place when Dr Sioma was there. It made the wait worth it. But now I dont like it. My son had a 10 min follow up appointment. I wait 2 hours til the doctor came in, then I could barely understand her. Time to start looking for a new family practice.
