I am not an impatient person, but when you bring an injured child in to be seen, you expect to be seen by medical staff somewhat quickly. When we arrived, there was one car in the parking lot and no one in the waiting room. I was extremely disappointed with the front desk staff. We brought our son to be evaluated for a possible concussion and head injury. The first thing we were told was "we dont have Ct equipment". After asking if he could be evaluated, we were told yes and given paperwork to complete. The girls at front desk were not compassionate, friendly or helpful. They were more concerned with discussing their after work plans and social life then helping us or our child. I was happy with the medical staff as they were helpful, caring and did a very good job of explaining to our son what they were doing. Overall, while happy with the treatment, Im very uncertain if Ill ever return due to the poor service by the front desk staff.

worst place ever, first I waited over 2 hours to be see as they took everyone that walked in the door after me first even though they were just for drug screenings and or rechecks. I was there for urgent care and I was pushed last. I checked in at 9:04am and never was called back till after 11:15am. then never checked out till 12:30pm. then I call for blood results and they tell me they have them but the Dr. that needs to sign them dont work till Monday, and they are not aloud to tell me the results till thats done, thats a crock.. How can you hold my papers from me. Worst service ever!!

After reading the reviews I felt I had to give mine. My wife and I have gone here several times and never had a problem. The wait sometimes was a bit long but that is to be expected in a local clinic when our issues were minor. The staff has always been professional and respectful to myself and my family. Been there about 10 times and never had the issues Im reading about on here.

This location is awful. I went here to get a physical and drug screen done for a job. The front office staff were very unprofessional ex. Putting a call on hold to talk to a patient about tattoo work. Also talking about my employeeing company in a degrading way while I was there. I do not suggest going here

I didnt like this place at all. I waited 3 hours to see someone before I finally walked out and asked for a refund. Nobody even checked up on me as I sat in the waiting room. I felt as if I had been completely forgotten about. Very bed customer service. Would never go back and would never recommend.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon and wasnt told until after I filled out all the paperwork that it would be a two hour wait even through there were only 2 people in front of us. receptionist didnt smile at us until we said we were leaving.

Professional and courteous. Only down-side to this place, is perhaps Doctor understaffing. There was like 4 or 5 girls at the front desk, with only one doctor. It took a total of 3.5 hours from the time I checked in, until I left.

Only patient here and told an hour to and hour and a half wait. Hours are only 8-5 Monday through Friday. Will pay out of pocket and go to Patient 1st in the future!

came in with laceration requiring stitches, took me right in and stitched it up by a doctor. was in and out in about an hour.

Sooooooo slow . . . Even for a simple service like a PPD that takes two minutes and does not require a provider, just an MA.
