Showed up 2 minutes after closing to pick up a test kit with 4 young kids in tow. I knocked and saw two women inside who heard me, but did not even acknowledge my existence. They could have showed simple decency and at least said, Im sorry we cant help you we are closed. I would have lest frustrated at myself for being two minutes late. However, they ignored me and would not even acknowledge I was there. I have been here multiple times and never had good service. I strongly suggest finding elsewhere to do your lab work.

Incredibly slow. Go to Owings Mills instead. Apparently, one staff member didnt show up today and didnt show up yesterday either. This is a frequent problem. The fact that I overheard this conversation is telling. I will say that when I did finally get my blood drawn, the lab technician was pleasant, quick, and it was relatively pain free when she drew the blood.

Not a fan of making an 8:45 appt and being seen at 9:45, particularly when the receptionist lacks diplomacy and is rude. Id rather call Comcast customer service every day for a week to get the same issue addressed than come to this facility.
