This office is unprofessional. I could name everything they collectively done wrong while I was a patient here but Ill stick to one being the reason I was discharged as a patient at 32 weeks pregnant. There was always a schedule conflict being that I work just like everyone here. They always made me feel bad for working and not taking the first appointment they had available. The doctor could cancel and appointment with me 24hrs in advanced but when I could not accommodate with what she wanted me to do she decided to discharge me. Doesnt seem like this is caring for a high risk patient. Not to mention I am the first case at thoer office with a transabdominal cerclage. They never knew what was going on. Made me feel bad for choosing to take measures in my own hands to get this kind of cerclage vs. the vaginal cerclage that they are accustomed to. Anytime you arrive you will wait at least an hour before being called back no matter what time your appointment is scheduled for. Theyll put you in a rm to discuss any changes with the MA then youll wait another 30-45 minutes for a doctor to visit you to do all of 5 minutes of work. They rush you out as if you are not important. Do not I repeat do not trust this office with caring for your child. Luckily I was able to get in with another doctor at a new office who is committed to caring and learning about my higher risk. The laurie lady and a all those ladies working being the desk have bad attitudes. Even when you call in. They and talk about patients when they hang up. Ive heard this myself. So much for HIPPA.

I was impressed and delighted that when my doctor got dropped by Kentucky One because of their over extension, I was recommended here and placed with the teacher herself who educated my previous doctor, God is Great! Noone can comprehend the struggle of menopause until youve been through it and having help for this type of relieve I cant begin to express enough thanks. Thank you Dr. Becker for continuing what Dr.Ecklund started and learned from you.
