Was told they were "too busy" to call my pharmacy to get my perscription filled.. I had to call multiple times . Still nothing.. the next day I called AGAIN .. spoke with someone new and nice.. but for me .. the medicine is a treatment that time is of the essence .. will not be coming back. I maybe saw the doctor for 3 seconds each visit... Only thing she said "you tested positive for LYMES, how do you feel".. not once was I informed what Lymes actually was, or what to expect .. what to be eating or drinking .. I had to do my own research.. . First review Ive ever written.. congrats.. (who ever I spoke with 8/29/17 am was sweet.. the person yesterday.. a joke ) Who the hell tells your patients your too busy to send their perscription , take less patients if the quality is effected... unacceptable

I have been to Chantilly Family Medicine LLC quite a few times till now.They have a pretty professional staff with clean and well kept facility .I am very happy with their prompt service and follow ups on each treatment .The ease of getting appointments scheduled is exemplary . Dr. Kanika is a sweet person ,and very amicable.She would give attention to detail ,analyse and then prescribe the right medications. I would highly recommend them.

I never ever write bad reviews.. but from my experience I had to. I went my first time here. The doctor was nice and helpful, but the nurse I had, was so completely rude and insensitive to anything that was going on. She even provided completely wrong information which could very much damage someone.
