First couple of visits were fine. Only there for yearly checkups. The story of my last visit starts about 2 weeks before. I had a appointment canceled with 20 min notice. Nurses claimed he was sick and out of the office. It was also the first nice sunny warm day of the spring, not saying he was playing hooky but my mind cant help but wonder down that path. When I went for my last visit it lasted 7 min. I was literally still filling out the questionnaire they hand out when you arrive during and after the visit. He then tried to charge, I mean upcode me after visit. He placed fraudulent information in my file, and tried to charge for treatment Ive received elsewhere. To justify his coding he claims a quick question from behind his desk or an offer to refill a prescription, from another doctor that I refused, as treatment. Yes office staff is friendly, and helpful to a extent. Even really liked Mr. Bodenhimer but the misconduct and fraudulent acts of this office are unforgivable.

We really were impressed with the high level of care we have received each and every time we have come to his office. He is very efficient and technically up to date. I dont think we have waited over 6 minutes to be seen at any given visit. His staff are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. We were referred by a friend who was referred by a friend. You cant beat that!

The good thing is no wait time because he is always on time. But the reason he is on time he has no patent care he is all about his computer does not care about what the patent has to say he is all about taking pills to fix the problem. He is all about the new medicine because if he gets you to use it he gets more money and that is all he cares about is money.

Never have to wait! Kid-friendly. Up on latest technology. Never seems rushed. Always pleasant. Seems to really care. Great staff! We finally moved our children to this office after 11 years of having them at another place in Boonsboro where we were NEVER happy. Smartest move we ever made!
