Several issues with making an appointment and the NP. This is definitely not the practice for me. It is very evident that the NP is new, from philosophy on treating diabetes and weight loss, to issues with writing Rxs. And today, the last straw was lack of concern of the receptionist when I called to make an appointment. Im an RN, and I demands quality healthcare. I simply didnt feel I found it at this practice. Off to urgent care to get my needs met today.
