The Doctors are OK. However, god help you if you have even the smallest of billing issues. YOU WILL GET NOWHERE WITH THE STAFF. Long story short....receptionist told me I had no copay for an office visit, I tried to give her the applicable $25 copay anyway.....but she insisted I didnt owe it and could not accept it. Given that I wasnt feeling particularly good (thus the visit).....I decided to not push the issue. Two months later I need to make another appointment. I call and they have an opening the following day.....HOWEVER they wont give me an appointment because I have a $25 balance. I kindly explain what happened, and offer to pay the balance when I arrive for my appointment the following day. They refused. They transferred me to their billing department where the situation goes from bad to worse. Im told in a very condescending manner that the entire situation is my fault and their policies regarding these issues are set in stone. Thats right, not even god (or one of the doctors) could make a judgement call that losing my business over this silly oversight was a bad long-term business decision. This idiot refused to recognize that it was in everyones best interest to just allow me to pay the stupid bill the following day. This situation could have been EASILY solved. They chose to make it hard. But....it didnt change the fact that I needed to see a doctor......so I found a new provider for me and my family of six. And I mailed them their $25.....hopefully the use it to buy their billing manager a better personality and some customer service skills.

I went here for 5+ years as a child. After I got accepted to a university, I needed to go back here and get my immunization records that they kept on file. Upon asking them for this simple task, they looked at me like I was some kind of ghost. As if the monkey work of typing in my last name was some kind of grave inconvenience to them on a Monday morning, I was given nothing but mumbled frustration and rude attitude from the two ladies at the front desk. Not surprisingly, my records were put in storage and had to be taken out, which, to the front desk wench, Debbie, takes "weeks." So intensely frustrated, I simply walked out. I now have my records thanks to a much nicer lady that works for my old high school. No thanks to Debbie. I wouldnt recommend this medical center to my worst enemy, simply for the desk trolls who refuse to perform simple tasks for which they are paid for.

I have had several issues with this office and after my last one I have finally decided to leave the practice. They refuse to link my familys accounts for billing so it is impossible to pay all the bills at once. They have threatened to take me to collections for a 14 dollar bill i never received. My husband ran out of his BP meds while we were on vacation. After 2 days of the nurse refusing to ask the pharmacy for a fax number (we had to do that, and she didnt have time) they refused to refill it. Told him he needed to go to a dr. In FL that had no idea of his history and that they would rather he be off his meds than refill it. I have been misdiagnosed with sinus congestion when I had shingles. They are all about getting your money and getting you in and out the door than they are about caring for patients. Convenience is not worth their negligence.

Their system is always going down, its hard to get a real person on the phone. We moved out of state and I had to have my medical records transferred from them they only sent 19 pages out of probably 150. Didnt even include my current immunizations. The only thing they have going for them is Dr. Hackett is an amazing doctor. Their office workers are horrible at doing their job and can be rude. I feel like they nickel and dime me they make me make a separate appointment for every single thing I need done and charge me to renew a prescription.

I see Kathy Baker and I love her. She is super understanding and will try more then 1 thing to help. Yes the front desk staff are not always the most friendly people but for some reason I deal mostly with Dr Baker her nurse. Both my kids go here too. I like how they stay pretty much on appointment maybe 10 min late but compared to doctors I have worked for and/or seen that is totally nothing.

Dr. Hackett and his nurse Carn are both wonderful. They take the time to listen to me and really understand my issues. Their office is clean, the support staff is great and I never wait long for an appointment or at the office. Dr. Hackett is really easy to talk to and I always feel comfortable when I am at office visits. I could not ask for better medical professionals, thank you!

Horrible, nonexistent service! Their website indicates office hours till 6 on the day that I called. I was put on hold for several minutes. Then someone deliberately picked up the line and hung up. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I immediately called again -- only to get the recording that the office had closed. It was 4:30.

Had been taking my 4 children for over 8 years, was nice. But my husband and I switched to them, I quickly found out new management is very rude in person and on phone, even when office manager was confronted ( hung up on me)... Anyways its 6 of us, for sure will be pulling family out.
