Urgent care response from staff in office, is non existent. Apparently, you are required to state that you are in an emergency situation, in order to receive a call back the same day. I was told to not expect a call for 24-48 hours after a message is left with a nurse practitioner. Staff was rude, unprofessional, inappropriate, and clearly very comfortable speaking to patients in a disrespectful tone. Will not be returning to this office for any of my health care needs.

I loved the nursing staff. Shannon and the nurses were very helpful. Dr. Habib, however, constantly ignored medical issues that needed attention and focused solely on weight. I couldnt get the help I needed so I quit going to her.
