This practice is a complete scam, so dont waste your time going here. The staff do not care about a patients pain at all. They are basically salesmen for their injections and implants. One doctor even tried to persuade a patient to say the injections he received decreased his pain level by 75 or 80%, when in fact the patient explained that the injections only helped about 30%. The doctor doesnt listen to the patients, only tries to bring in more money by talking them into getting these high dollar procedures that insurance may not even cover. The office staff will lie directly to a patients face. You cant believe a word the office manager says. She doesnt even know what insurance plans their doctors participate in. This place is a joke, and very unprofessional.

I have been fighting Chronic Shoulder pain for over 15 years. I have had other Pain Doctors who only want to push pills and up the dose, not here with Dr. Gu, Emily,PA or there staff. I have never had a problem with getting an appointment or getting a return phone call if I needed something. Even with other issues going on they were right there for me. The Ladies in the front office go way beyond helping you out. Even when you are having a bad day of pain they go the extra mile to try to help and make it easier on you. So, If you need help with pain management this is the office to go too!!! These are the Doctors to see!!

I have been jerked around for months by other doctors before coming here to see Dr Lagosky. She spent time and explained what was going on and found something on my MRI the other doctors missed. After months of getting nowhere I finally can say I am moving in the right direction. I would recommend her to anyone. She was caring and took the time to read me my MRI results..something the last two doctors did not.. She also told me to go to a neurosurgeon, not my ortho doctor. Five stars from me.

Do you like waiting for 1.5 hours for your appointment, even if its just a recheck? Then here is the place for you. They clearly overbook and leave people in the waiting room for hours. Then your visit lasts 5 minutes. I also didnt feel that the doctor truly acknowledged my pain as the serious matter it was, but felt it was somewhat redefined and dismissed. Definitely will not return.

Very caring staff from the front office to the assistants during a procedure, I have never had a medical professional take my pain so seriously and it shows that they really do care. I have always been responded to very quickly if I had a question or needed an appointment. Love to call them my doctors! Will never go anywhere else.

Dr Gu was super nice but doesnt spend a lot of time. And the office people are very rude they wanted why I have not paid my bill when I have not got a bill.When you ask how much something cost nobody knows.An office visit was 400.00 for about 5 min. Stay away

Dr Gu is a big joke. Wants to give me 2 steroids shots but cant tell me why. While Im trying to get answers he leaves the room while giving me my disc back from my MRI ummmmmm please tell me why am I in pain Doc. Never ever going back there.

Dr gu and Pa Emily are the absolute best. Very caring and never been in the office over an hour in and out and they really listen and care about you. I drive over an hour to see them if you are in pain go see them
