Teamwork.Friendly.Professional.Efficient. Thats the way to describe my experience at South Park Family Dental Care. The front office, managed by Donna, sets the tone for what is normally not a visit people look forward to. However, through her guidance and direction, they skillfully put you at ease with their easy-going, friendly, and down right cheerful attitude. The simplicity of paperwork eliminates any confusion to the process. This day, Lulu, Elya and Maria helped eliminate any anxiety associated with a "dental office" experience. Their refreshing and friendly calmness assured me that all would be OK. They were right. My comfort level improved even more when Dr. Hoda Ghanizadeh entered the room. Her gracious smile and down-to-earth demeanor confirmed for me that I was in a good place. Her professionalism in both explanations and actual treatment demonstrated her skill in Dentistry. She took her time, never rushed and Im sure she had several other patients to see. (I must say here that I was a "walk-in" patient without any appointment but on my lunch break) There was no quick "patch" job. All bases were covered over and she went beyond the treatment I expected. She was very generous with her time and I am very appreciative of her and the entire staff. I left actually feeling like I made new friends! 5 stars absolutely! Highly recommended!!

I have been coming in here for 8 years . I have seen Dr Ridgers, Dr Perry , Dr Garza which I love and now dr A which is amazing . I would had given 5 stars but my experience yesterday w the front desk was not good . I schedule an appt 3 weeks ago and my card said 3:30. While I was at target I got a call actually a voice mail wondering were was I because my appointment was at 2 . Nice Voice mail ! professional Not! When I got there I apologized and asked lulu why the person that answer (Denise ) told me when would work me out since they were really. Busy . When I got there there was no one and lulu told me " well you have to come at your schedule time " like I dont know that . Not my fault the appointment said something else . I miss Valerie at the desk . She is professional unlike some ladies At the desk . Except Donna she is amazing and love Marsha . On the other hand the service in the back is amazing ! Love dr A . Yasmine yoli and Augusta . There is a lady Carolina who seems very unhappy . She never smiles . For the amount of time that I have been going there I would expect some respect .

OMG!!! My three children come in for their check ups and I can honestly say that I do not recall ever wanting to come to the dentist. From the welcome at the desk....the comfort from the assistants....the expertise and explanations from the drs....the genuine concern to help from the mgmt. Dr. G made Elijah as comfortable as possible and did extremely well with his caps. Yolanda reassured him through the entire process and was happy to see them for his second visit. Juls is in beginning stages of braces and Dr. Garza and Yolanda...again...made her feel as comfortable as possible. Gussie made sure that Juls felt at ease as well. She and Yolanda by far supersede all expectations and I am extremely grateful that they not only make my kids happy but as a parent they pyt my mind at ease as well. Yolanda and Gussie....Dr. G and Dr. Garza are on my kiddos fave list!!! The entire staff really is amazing. This office is at the top of our list. Thank u for all you do!!!

I would give this awful dentist office zero stars if I could. They are unprofessional, and do not know how to bill to save their life. UNPROFESSIONAL: The shows they have on while you are getting procedures are often raunchy and distasteful and they do not turn the shows off if you complain. There is a lot of joking an playing around between dental assistant and dentist while they have sharp objects in your mouth. BILLING: I had 2 dental insurances. Each time I had a procedure, they ensured me that I would not have any out of pocket expenses, and then they would still bill me for outrageous things because of "coordination errors". Thats your fault not mine. You have my explanation of benefits. You should know what I am covered for before I have any procedures. Especially if I ask you SPECIFICALLY and you tell me I will not have out-of-pocket expenses. STEER CLEAR OF THIS AWFUL PLACE. THEY ARE A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND INSURANCE BENEFITS.

The ladies Elya and Lillian at the front desk are very lovely and nice. They also helped me change my kids dentist and were able to see my youngest son the same day. Great care with patients. My oldest son is 9 years old and had horrible experience with a dentist office and Dr. Ashtiam And the assistants Lulu and Josie helped eased his mind and was a very great experience for him. My kids loved it and were hesitant at first but cause of their previous experience but once they explained everything to the kids they were open to the procedure and wasnt a problem. I recommend this dentist office they take the time to help my child with anxiety and didnt get discouraged with all my sons questions. The staff and overall experience more than five stars plus the timing wasnt all bad as well they are very considerate to everyone. Thank you South Park Family Dental yall are very awesome and love coming back.

I highly recommend this office for any dental work, including implant and bridge work. I chipped a tooth on my bridge so I asked Debbie (a hygienist there who has taken great care of my familys teeth for many years) for advice since I originally had my dental implants done out of state. She recommended that I go see Dr. G, and I am very glad I did. Dr. G and Maria were very friendly and professional, and made me feel really comfortable. Dr. G was able to repair my bridge without replacing it, saving me thousands of dollars! Her work was outstanding. The finished result looks very natural and blends in with the rest of my bridge perfectly- even looking extremely closely you cant tell it was ever chipped or repaired! Thanks for the excellent service, I will definitely be back for all future dental needs.

I love coming to this office. Its been years since my last visit but since coming here i love that the people i come in contact with are very nice and attentive. I also love the late appointments as it doesnt interfere with my work schedule, but what i appreciate the most is that the staff takes time to go over my treatment with me and also answer any insurance questions i may have. This past week i was there there were 2 young ladies whom took extra time to answer any and all my questions about my treatment and insurance. So please let Valerie P and Lillian know how i greatly appreciated thier help and knowledge. My wife and I love this office as you really do live by your motto.

I LOVE MY DENTIST! I never thought Id ever say that! After years of getting treated badly and always being in pain after seeing the dentist, I finally found someone who truly cared. Dr. Shiva Izaddoust did an awesome job! I got an appointment easily, the front office staff knew exactly what to do and got me back fast. The staff even entertained my kids while I was being seen. Marsha did my cleaning and was super gentle. She talked to me throughout the whole thing to let me know what to expect. I needed a root canal and didnt need anything stronger than Advil afterwards! I took my kids back for cavities and it was taken care of with ease! WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
