My first year at Dr. Sanchez was fine. I liked him and his staff. Then last year I needed an implant . I went to the dental school to have it done because of financial reasons. ( half the price) I had an appointment to put the crown on my implant with Dr. Sanchez. I went to the appointment but they didnt have my records, even though his staff told me they had them when the appointment was made. He said he couldnt do anything that day and when I got the records there he would do the crown . For reasons I still dont understand the bottom fell out from there. His office called to reschedule and I returned the phone call. I was told they would call back. After waiting 3 days I called them. I was told they would call back to schedule. Again no phone call for 2 days. I called again and asked to speak Dr. Sanchez. He never called. I called again and the receptionist told me he said my implant wasnt viable. I asked again to Speak to Dr. Sanchez. Again, no call. At this point I have no idea why Dr. Sanchez wont speak to me. I went back to the dental school to have them check the implant and they said it was fine. The dental school called Dr. Sanchez and he wouldnt take their call. Again, I call Dr. Sanchez office ( at this point they say its because 2 employees quit) and I explained that I would like to speak to Dr. Sanchez. I NEVER received a call back. Clearly he doesnt care about me as his patient. I have never had an issue with any doctor. I still dont understand what happened and why I was ignored.

Dr. Sanchez is wonderful, friendly, and most importantly he is kind just as his staff is! I will admit that prior to seeing Dr. Sanchez I was a little afraid of the Dentist as I had suffered a bad visit with a different doctor in the past. After sharing my fear of the dentist with a co-worker, I was referred to Dr. Sanchez being assured that I would not encounter any ill treatment. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised that everything my co-worker had said was true and then some. Great facility, great Staff, and a great Dentist! Thank you Dr. Sanchez for putting to rest my reservations about going to the Dentist. I feel comfortable bringing my family to Dr. Steven Sanchez, DDS. I am a satisfied patient and so is my family!

Dr. Sanchez is very helpful he is also truthfull, he let me know about teeth. And the staff is patience with me. Doing a great job staff ! Keep your boss happy! :) P.S To the Dr. Sanchez, the medal bar across my particals is gone. Sorry I was always choking, and felt uncomfortable. So its been cut off by a medal tool at my work! :) It feels good now while Im eating, I can leave them in! Thanks for all you do. C. Story Canyon Lake, TX

Dentist was professional and honest with friendly and personable staff. I received a great cleaning. Dont be put off by the scary office building as the dentists office suite is modern and up to date.
