After researching online for the best place to get LASIK surgery, I am so glad I believed all the great reviews that were posted here. Dr. Gladsden and his staff were A.M.A.Z.I.N.G and A.W.E.S.O.M.E!!! All the positive superlatives cannot suffice. #NothingCompares I never liked rating anyone or anything online but these people deserve high praises for giving me my eyesight back. Had two surgeries for my astigmatism that I had my whole life and today JUNE 29, 2016 is a milestone for my husband and I. The surgery was fast and non frightening, take it from me who is a self-proclaimed scaredy-cat. During the surgery, the doctor assured me that I cannot do anything to mess it up. The staff lent their warm hands "literally" during the procedure. And within a couple of minutes, my surgery was done. #TruthToBeTold I went home touching leaves like a crazy person, falling in love with the beauty of a sunset and having child-like dreams again of hugging the clouds . Never had seen the world in actual 3D until now. With a heart bursting with gratitude and with utmost respect, thank you Dr. Gladsden and his staff, Lucy and Vanessa!!!! What are you waiting for ? Im 48 years old, and I just had this LASIK procedure done. Dr. Gladsden and his staff are complete professionals, and I put a heavy emphasis on complete. They accomadated my schedule, and they walked me through the entire process to ease any/all fears I had of LASIK. Dr, Gladsden has performed 40,000 Lasik procedures. He is extremely experienced and board certified. Believe me - this is not only a "game-changer" it is a "life-changer". The only mistake I made was not going to see Dr. Gladsden 10-15 years sooner. Not only WILL I recommend anyone to see Dr. Gladsden for their LASIK - I will have Dr. Gladsden preform LASIK on my son when he turns 18 in a couple of years. I personally had Lasik done in August of 2011. Im a 20 year old college student who couldnt be happier about making the decision to have the surgery done. The staff in the Hagerstown office was super helpful in getting me an appointment and surgery date before I had to leave for school. On the day of my surgery I was a little nervous but was eased by staff and Dr. Gladsden, they all talked me through the whole procedure and it only took maybe 20 minutes before I was done and ready to see clear. Later that night I was able to watch TV clearly and when I woke up I could see without contacts/glasses just as I did with my contacts/glasses on. Ive not had any problems, issues, or dry eye. The surgery was by far the best decision Ive ever made. It has made waking up, going swimming, and driving so simple and thought free. I thank New Vision Laser so much for my clear vision!

wanted to put my two cents in. I recently got this procedure done. First of all, the office looks professional, the receptionists are all extremely friendly, and the doctor himself is very informative and reassuring. This procedure cost me about $3800 and it was well worth it. After a few initial days of haziness and clearing, ever since then I have had clear vision. No more messing with contacts, I can go on vacation and never worry about whether I have all my contact supplies or whether the contacts will be comfortable that day. I spend all days taking care of small kids, I dont have time to deal with contacts anyway, and now I no longer have to. If youre considering getting lasik I would definitely recommend it, and especially going to New Vision to have it done.

Just had vision correction surgery yesterday. The staff here is amazing! They help me feel at ease about the peocedure, answered all of my questions happily and really cared about me. The surgery itself was painless, they made sure I was comfortable the entire time and talked me through everything they did! I thought it would be difficult to stare at the blinking light but it was very easy and quick. The DR was absolutely wonderful! I can not say enough how amazing the whole staff is. I highly recommend coming here, I already feel great with my new vision. It truely is life changing!

I had LASIK at New Vision and it was a wonderful experience, from the initial consultation to the procedure itself. The staff at New Vision are so wonderful, I felt comfortable with them immediately. They were kind, knowledgeable, supportive, just great people all around. Dr. Gladsden even gives patients his personal cell phone number if they have any problems. I will be forever grateful for the gift theyve given me - 20/20 vision! I recommend New Vision to anyone looking to pursue LASIK.

Dr. Gladsden and his wonderful, friendly staff did a great job making me feel comfortable and explaining everything that would be happening in a clear, laymans terms method for me. Both the pre-op and post-op instructions were outstanding, along of course with the Lasik procedure itself. The entire office was extremely friendly, caring, and MY care, questions, and vision, were their top priority, bar none. I truly could not have asked for a better experience, 5 STARS, ALL THE WAY. :)
