I was was a patient of RMFMC for over 12 years. Patient care care has become poorer over time but since I loved my doctor, Ashley Parker, I stayed. Once Dr. Bala took his place, he refused to write low dose as needed medications that I was regularly prescribed. I was notified by voice mail by his nurse Candace. When I called back to make make sure she conveyed all the information to Dr. Bala, she refused to even talk to me. Said she had said all she needed to me on my voice mail and that there was nothing else else to discuss or answer. I then called to talk and complain about the patient care I received to their office. I had to leave a voice mail and over a week still no call back. I called again and talked to Angela the "manager". She said she hadnt been able to do her job duties due to being under staffed. She sided with Dr. Bala which is fine because I can always change doctors. However, she said said she said she would talk to to the nurse but that that didnt sound like something her nurse would say. Then she made sure to put put a very sarcastic undertone to "May God Bless you" Poor management, patient care, followups, and definitely not a "Christian" practice from my latest interactions. So get your care somewhere else. Also I hope that every person that provided poor care get get the exact same treatment from their physician next time it is needed. No wonder they are one of the only medical practices in the area that hasnt expanded. Small business due to a poor practice.

Family Medical Center. Say they have Christian values. However, if you even speak to a doctor inside the facility, you will be billed an office visit. If you ask for a doctor to call you with a concern they will not return calls. Also, sent a letter with no response. So, does this sound like a place with Christian values or a place to use Christ as a tool to get money from people?

I went to them for second opinion they did more test and gave me vitimin Do pills did tests for years with every thing always normal I had a 95 to 98 percent blockage in my heart they almost killed me run if you can still read this.

Dr. Michal is a wonderful christian doctor and I couldnt ask for a better doctor. During my appointments he sits and talk with me about my concerns. Just a wonderful doctor and staff!!!!
