I have been seeing Dr. Karlynn Benson for over 15 years, even before she opened Skyline Chiropractic and I cant say enough good things about her. I suffer from a lot of back pain from a fusion scoliosis surgery back in the early 80s; I was having difficulty even getting out of bed every day. Dr. Benson has improved my alignment and pain management considerably over the years. She has a great technique, personality and a good knowledge of nutrition and fitness. She has gotten me through a pregnancy and three incidents of whiplash due to car accidents. I have always recommended her to family and friends, including my mother, sister, husband, in-laws and my three year old daughter who has been going to Skyline since before she was born. When I moved out to California for a year, I would even schedule appointments during my visits back home to Minnesota. And Terry at the scheduling desk is super friendly, cheerful and very accommodating at finding or modifying appointments to fit our busy family’s schedule. I can say with complete confidence that you will be very glad you gave Skyline Chiropractic a try.

When I came to Skyline Chiropractic, I was in a state of almost constant pain and had difficulty performing even normal daily tasks. I had almost given up and resigned myself to a life of pain since I was unable to get answers from anyone I had seen. Dr. Karlynn Benson was able to isolate my problems and lay out a plan for us to follow in order to relieve my symptoms and deal with the underlying problems. I now have far less pain and am able to do things that I had been unable to do just two months ago! I look forward to even further improvements as we progress through my treatment plan. Dr. Benson is fabulous at what she does plus she is so patient at explaining what she is doing and why she is doing it. I would recommend her to anyone looking to improve their health and well-being!

Dr. Benson at Skyline Chiropractic is the best chiropractor I have had in twenty-five years of adjustments for whiplash and back injury. Ive tried 5 others in the Twin Cities and several more, while living in LA and Boston. Dr. Benson outshines them all. Dr. Bensons background as a professional ballerina, as well as the additional training shes done in related medical and healing realms, makes her"toolbox" enormous when it comes to treating her patients. Her healing touch and subtle spot-on intuition are some of the many qualities that make her adjustments exemplary and special. I drive 25 minutes each way to see her because she is well worth it!,

Ive been a patient at Skyline Chiropractic for 13 years. Im in the construction field and was in pain for a number of years before seeing Dr Benson. Like a lot of people I was skeptical that chiropractic would not work on me but when I saw how much it had helped my sister I decided to give it a try. Within a month my pain was gone; I looked forward to going to work and I started playing golf again. Now I just go in for a "monthly tune up" and cant tell you how good it makes me feel!

In my experience medical doctors give you pain relievers to take a way the pain but never really treat the problem. At Skyline I was treated and educated about my injuries.
