When I moved here I had to leave my chiropractor behind and was not looking forward to finding someone as good and effective. It was such a relief to find Dr. Adam. I was way overdue for an adjustment and felt like a new person leaving the office. I dont have on-going pain, but just know when I need an adjustment and he is willing to work with me when I can make it in and not pressure me into coming more often (even thought Id like to, but real life gets in the way sometimes). Lorrie is a top shelf office manager (not sure what her title is). But she knows you when you come in or call. Shes incredibly efficient and just gets things done with a friendly smile on her face. I have had frustrating experiences with incompetent front desk people elsewhere. I wish theyd all hire "Lorries" - the world would be a better place. You gotta have competence at the front desk. I resisted writing this review, because I dont want them to be overrun with patients. But they asked so nicely and theyre such good people there, I couldnt resist. (I also love their building. Its funky and unique...)

I began seeing Dr. Conway when I was pregnant with my first child - 15 years ago. I was suffering from terrible sciatic nerve pain. The relief was almost immediate after my first adjustment. Three moves for Dr. Conway, 1 move for me, 5 children later, and I make the choice to drive almost an hour to see him. I can confidently say that I would NOT be walking without his care. I have degenerative discs in my lower back, and my regular adjustments keep me healthy and mostly free from pain. I have taken all of my girls to see him when they were babies and they have grown up under his care. His gentle and friendly manner are a true blessing. Appointments are always available when I need them. If youve never considered chiropractic care or have had a prior bad experience, come to Uptown Natural Care Center. You will be all the healthier for it.

A few months back my previous chiropractor stopped accepting the insurance provider I currently had, so after going to him for 6 years I had to find a new one. I am not a huge fan of adjustments and it took me forever to be comfortable around my last chiropractor so I knew I had to select my next one carefully. I have been going to Dr. Adam Sagedahl for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier with his treatment and of Uptown Natural Care Center in general. I felt immediately comfortable and I actually enjoy my visits to the chiropractor now instead of dreading them. I would recommend UNCC to anyone!

My husband has been seeing Dr. Conway for a few years and loves him. I finally took his advice and went in for an evaluation and couldnt be happier---the atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable, and Dr. Conway really took his time to talk to me put me at ease. After working on my feet in a fairly physical occupation (chef) for 20 years it has taken a toll on my body, and since Ive been going to UNCC I have enjoyed a dramatic improvement! I would go in everyday if I could. Everyone is great, and I would highly recommend anyone in need of chiropractic care to go and see these fine people!

I have seen Dr. Crabtree several times over the past few years for both running and cycling injuries. He is very knowledgeable in both evaluation of athletic injuries and using a wide variety of treatment modalities including ART (active release technique) and graston. He takes the time to get to know each patient and their medical histories in order to take a holistic approach to treatment. I also appreciate how straight forward he is with costs and the estimated duration of treatment plan. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Crabtree!

From the moment I walked into the office I felt comfortable and cared for. I was in extreme pain and a Friday and they made room for me to come in. Beyond that, any question that I had was responded to in an appropriate amount of time, and when they said I would need a 4-week treatment, they delivered on it. The Dr. Crabtree was empathetic and understanding, and explained very honestly what the issue was and how they were going to work at it. Will forever recommend this place to friends and family!

Dr. Conway is absolutely the best! He is truly gifted at what he does and his treatments have made a big difference in my life. My migraines are occurring much less frequently and with less severity. I had thought that pain was something I would have to just learn to live with, but regular chiropractic visits and massage, the pain is being eliminated, which makes a huge difference in my ability to live my life!

I have known Dr. Conway, Dr. Adam and Dr. Jenna for several years and look to them to provide excellent care for my whole family! Dr. Conway has treated my 2 year son several times for ear infections. The results are amazing. And my son loves Dr. C! They are all kind, gentle, caring and concerned. Truly the best!

Very good experience. Very thorough exam. Precise adjustments. Good doctor and he knows what he is doing. They work with most insurance, and the cash prices are within reason as well. Thank you for doing a good job! I really need a good chiropractor and i am nearly positive i have found the best in minnesota.

This place is the BEST PLACE IN MINNESOTA both of the Dr R a A+ and the front desk lady is great to. The Drs know there stuff and they get U fixed right a way and dont keep U coming all the time. I would have all my family and friends go there. Keep up the great work Docs.
