Not a good choice to take your pet in need of special a treatment. I had my pet there for a few night and they did the minimum. Ended up taking my pet to UC Davis Veterinary School hospital directly after from this place after talking to an Vet at UC Davis, which told me they could treat him properly there. On the way to UC Davis my beloved dog passed away and a blood analysis showed that his electrolytes where all over the place and his blood sugar level almost nil. They knew he was not eating due to its condition but the whole time they had him in care they obviously forgot to check his blood sugar and gave him the appropriate nutrition through IV. Even worst, my dog needed hemodialysis which could have been administrated at UC Davis. On the second day of its stay at there, I specifically asked if there was a place for him to get hemodialysis the vet on duty answered me that UC Davis used to do it but stopped because it didnt work well. A couple of hours later I personally called UC Davis to inquire and to my surprise I was told that their hemodialysis center was up and running and had excellent results on saving pets lives. I concluded that I was lied to or to the very least misinformed. All in all my dog could have been saved if he had been referred to UC Davis for hemodialysis by the vets at Grant Line pets hospital and properly nourished. Instead they from day two advised me to put him to sleep. A double failure on there part that cost my pet days of unnecessary suffering and ultimately his life. If you care for your pet, dont take it there!!!

My brother talked me into taking my furbabies here when they need medical attention. I have been very satisfied with the care from each doctor weve seen plus the techs. I can easily carry a conversation with them and they genuinely care about their clients. I had to get my rescue Boxer in after finding her in pain and not able to eat. They saw her and the doctor and I agreed on the treatment. She had to spend the night due to dehydration which I could see and when I picked her up the next day she was looking better and her meds helped her greatly. I would not go any other place. I see other reviews that are not pleasant to read but that has not been my experience. My Boxer was missing a vaccine when I got her so I took her in and let them know that I didnt know how well she took shots and the tech let me know that she did well.

Please dont make the same mistake as I did and come to this veterinary clinic. I was not allowed to accompany my dogs while receiving shots and a microchip, during their scheduled appointment. An exam was not included in the exorbitant cost of these shots. I had several questions for the vet but I was not even able to see him/her let alone talk with him/her. My dogs returned smelling terrible which I can only imagine they had an accident during the procedure but I wouldnt know because I was not allowed to be present. I asked what happen and why they smelled so badly and I was told it was alcohol from the shots. The veterinarian did not even handle the beloved pets, a vet tech did. Im as traumatized by my poor dogs are by this experience and would recommend everyone stay away.

I live in SF but I have been taking my dog to this clinic for a few years now. My brother lives in the area and I schedule appointment with them whenever I am in town. The staff are incredibly helpful and really nice. They answer phone calls promptly and act immediately on all my requests. Its a busy practice so there would be some wait time during clinic hours. Their rate is very competitive and they offer discounted vaccines on weekend. Thanks for your care to my dog Mickey.

they are all nice. dont listen to the guy who reviewed this before me. they took care of my puppy and he had the same issue. all vets try their best & when they fail to help the puppy/dog, they get accused of being a crappy vet. no vet wants to see your pets die, but sometimes things do happen where the dog cant be cured fast enough. just be thankful that there is someone there to help try to take care of your doggy.

I took my first pup here for all her vaccines and to be spayed. Absolutely love the staff. Very affordable. A few months later she got into my purse and ate 120 strong Xanax while i was out of the Room and we rushed her there as soon as we realized. They told me she might not make it thru the night but they did everything they could and 2 years later, i still have my little girl thanks to these guys. We love them!

Still like bringing my pet here, but have to rate my most recent experience making an appointment a single star! The person on the phone really didnt want to hear what the problem was and was only concerned with if I wanted the particular time they had open. Will still bring my pet here, but may reconsider if their phone service doesnt get better.
