I NEVER post reviews, but I have now felt the need to. We had been going here for nearly a year. We had a cat that was constantly getting URI and we were constantly treating her, through this vet. After a few months, she was deteriorating more and more. We finally decided to spend the money and get her blood work done. $200+ later, her blood work came in all good,or so we thought! Over the next few weeks she became extremely weak and stopped eating. The morning of the day she was put down, we called in the office. They casually told us "Oh well thats what Feline Leukemia does to a cat." My mom was already upset and they had no compassion. They never told us that she came back positive for Feline Leukemia. As soon as I would have known this, she wouldve been put down, but instead she had to suffer. While she was getting put down, my sister called and spoke to the veterinarian. He said "I tried to call, but no one answered." That was a problem, he called once and never left a voicemail. I never received the missed call, or i would have called back. I am thoroughly disappointed. She was our favorite fur baby and she will always be missed. I am disappointed that they did not originally suggest doing blood work, or testing for it. She was a stray that we had taken in last year. We have never dealt with Feline Leukemia, so i wasnt aware of the symptoms. I could have gotten her tested for $15 down at ACT, but i was not aware that couldve been a possibility. This was a long review, but it tore us apart to see her dying. We will never go back here and will encourage all of our pet owner friends to stay away.

We have used Dr Peckham many times over the past years. Always first quality care. He can see the issue and treats accordingly. Our last trip was a major abscess and it was treated in the one visit. We return because there is real care, and nothing inflated.
