I think that the previous reviews are so one sided. I have been to a number of different Vet Hospitals and first and foremost they are all places of business. Its not like human medicine where there is insurance companies to pay for the bills if the owners cant. They have to pay their employees and bills too, and they are actually the same price range for meds and even less for an office visit than Critter Creek/Loomis Basin! I have always had a wonderful experience while taking my dogs and cats to the Dr.s at this location. The staff is friendly and the doctors really seem to love the pets that they are taking care of. I was actually treated very badly at another Vet in Lincoln, my dog had an ear infection, and after two rechecks (both times the Vet never even stepped foot in the room, the tech did everything, yet I was still charged $45 dollars for a "vet visit") my dogs ear infection was still not fixed. I took him to banfield and they actually diagnosed the ear infection as secondary to allergies. He takes his allergy meds during summer and doesnt get the infections anymore! They are great, and I would recommend to everyone!

Where to begin...1. way overpriced (five other vets were $100s cheaper), 2. they nickle and dime you (the staff changes their quotes so fast that no one can remember what was said), 3. rip you off (getting it in writing means nothing- they amend at their discretion), 4. they keep fear alive ("your pet will die!", if they do not do an outrageous amount of unnecessary and overpriced procedures), 5. they threaten you (if you have trouble with the bill they tell you they will ruin your credit and you will have to relinquish your pet?!), 6. they are in the business of death (rather than save your pets life and then bill you, they send you home without medications or antibiotics after they have ripped you off- fully knowing that your pet will die). NO INTEGRITY, NO HEART, AVOID like the plague. Go anywhere else. There are several class action law suits against their shady practices.

Cripled my one year old dog for life. When we tried to get some help; the manager, the surgeon and everyone stopped taking phone calls and hid behind an attorney. The attorney says they met the standard of care. Really? If so why did I have to have the exact same procedure done by a real vet to fix the harm they had done. Interesting they stopped taking calls once the diagnosis was the surgery they performed failed and we had to go through the exact same procedure only a couple of months later. If you care at all about your pet Please go somewhere else - ANYWHERE else.

Very good vet clinic . never had a bad time with them , they actually DO care about my dog, there wellness plans r affordable, -& very worth having.ALL OTHER VETS IVE BEEN TO R NOT WORTH MY $ OR TIME ,ESPECIALLY CRITTER CREEK. <(NOT GOOD)<.
