Husband was to have an out patient surgery at SJCH and we took our dog with everywhere however they decided to have him stay the night which meant I needed boarding last minute for our dog. And that is not always easy because you have to Vaccination records in order to allow that to happen however they did accept our dog and kept him in isolation even though she does have all her shots. I appreciate their help so much! The manager was very accommodating and suggested to have her take a sedative to calm her down for her nights stay which I agreed because she had never been with out us. I know that I could have been easily stuck in this situation but thank GOD for this location. I think they are SUPER! Thank you!!!!

Their follow up is terrible. After having some tests done on my dog, I was told that the results could take up to 3 weeks, but that could expect weekly updates from the staff. Four weeks later, I am still waiting for the first phone call with an update. I went in once to ask for results and called in once to ask,and Im still waiting to get ANY information. To me, this speaks of terrible customer service, and questionable concern for the animals being treated there. With all the competition in business nowadays, I think that in the future I will spend my money at a veterinary hospital that respects my time and my concern for my animals.

Staff is fabulous my Kitty Henry running a fever & after 24hrs of antibiotics he is feeling better. Couldnt ask for more personal care. They always follow up calls to check & I love that. It shows they really do care I have 3 dogs & 4 cats this is the only place I take my fur babies.

We had to put my wifes cat down and from the young lady who answered the phone to the receptionist to the Veterinarian who did the procedure all were stellar in the handling of the matter. Our first time here but it wont be the last. Excellent job Lathrop Veterinarian Clinic

The entire staff from front desk, nurses and doctors are all amazing. My dog has never liked any other pet clinic however she truly feels comfortable when she see her doctors here. I cant say enough good things about this clinic, I will never take my pets anywhere else.

I had my 8 month Chorkie spayed yesterday. Georgie feels so comfortable at Lathrop Veterinary. Shes been calm and happy both times weve been in. The staff is supportive and caring, and you cant ask for more.

friendly staff,very clean and spacious in the waiting room and didnt wait long at all for being a walk-in they were able to fit my dog into their schedule right away.

We mostly use this place to board our dog. They have an outdoor play area which they get to use a couple of times a day. Good price and he seems to like it here.
