I came here to get serologic testing done for an immunization form I need for grad school. From the second I walked in, the woman at the front was extremely rude. For someone who has a bit of anxiety when it comes to needles, I was very uncomfortable having such a rude woman stick a needle in me to draw blood. The next day I went back to collect my blood work results. The same woman took my immunization paper and started writing on it without telling me what my results were. When I asked her if I was positive for all of the blood work her response was, "I dont know, I havent looked at it yet". I then proceeded to ask her if I was positive or negative for the different vaccines. She then snapped at me assuming that I was accusing her of not knowing how to read the results paper and went on to rudely explain how to interpret the results (I already know how to do this, I just havent actually looked at the paper because it was in her hands). Needless to say, she wrote on my form without telling me what my results actually were. Then, got mad when I stopped her and asked what the results were. Overall, the company seems fine and the results came back within a day. The problem is the actual employees this location has. Dropping $180 for blood work wouldve been fine if there were decent customer service. I will never go back.

I love any lab test now! I hate to wait forever at the other labs in town... and I mean waiting for 45 minutes or more!! Ive started going to Any Lab Test now for my blood draws. The facility is clean and welcoming. It was my Dr that recommended we go there. Its great because I never have to wait more than a few minutes. Theyre quick and efficient! Im a difficult stick and they always manage to find the right spot. Theyve been very professional. I get my results quickly too.

Great customer service! I came in for a B-12 shot and was treated so kind. They answered all my questions with no hesitation and made me feel very comfortable (which for someone who hates needles is hard to do). Love it here and will most definitely recommend to my friends and coworkers!

This is a great place to save time and get labs drawn by a competent person. No need to wait in line @ other labs. Adelfa was especially helpful in explaining their process and about their hundreds of other services. I HIGHLY recommend using this facility for lab testing.
