Went last year for my annual blood testing. Blood drawing went fine, no complaints there on the process itself. The problem has been afterwards, when my Dr.s office never received my lab results. Dr.s office called several times to inquire about my results but to no avail. I did the extra leg work myself, providing CPL with all my ID#s, the date and approximate time my blood test was done at their facility, and still to no avail: they could not find and therefore provide my blood test results to my Dr. the day of my visit; so Dr. had no blood test results to analyze and review. By the way, my results were still nowhere to be found after my Dr.s visit. Thank you, incompetent CPL!....However CPL did not have any problems charging my insurance company for the blood test work done! How about that?! Its a totally unorganized lab, their lab management processes are obviously deficient, and I cant believe such medical testing lab is allowed to be that bad!

Had a really good experience today and was surprised because in the past it wasnt that good. They were open by the time I arrived 15 minutes before open hours on a Saturday. Not sure if that is the new normal. So we could all sign in instead of waiting in the lobby like Ive done in the past. I had a really long order and they prepared me for the wait which was 30 minutes total. Everyone was pleasant and professional and I was even greeted by a person when I signed in at the kiosk. The blood draw was easy and the tech kept checking to make sure I was still fine. Only complaint is they dont have wifi which would be nice for the wait. I hardly get cell service in that building, which is rare for my phone elsewhere.

Had to go through these clowns for blood work, not by my choosing. Just after the first blood test, it didnt take long for them to show how unorganized they are. They have screwed up my bill numerous times, and if they didnt screw up the bill, theyll loose their paperwork, your paperwork, or bill your insurance incorrectly, or all of the above. I still have issues with them even though I havent used them in 6 months, they still cant figure out what I actually owe them. On top of their incompetency, the staff is pretty much brain-dead and poorly guided.

I called the main office and spoke to Amanda. I requested the direct phone number to the James Casey office. Amanda was courteous, professional and informative. She has a great attitude and gave me the fax number. Amanda suggested that I phone the location prior to going there to make sure they had received the fax from Dr to save an additional trip, not to mention the frustration of having to wait. Thanks Amanda for being customer friendly.

Extremely LONG wait times every single time we come in. They need a bigger lab and more staff at this very busy location. There are thousands of people moving into this area with high rise condos and apartments being built and I can only imagine the times increasing if they dont keep up with the population growth of this city. We have waited for hours for blood tests and when you are chronically ill, this is very hard on you.

I do not know why I keep coming back to this slow, inefficient lab. I have been here at all times on various days of the week. Today the lab opened at 8:00, I signed in at 8:50 and not 1 name had been scratched off the list. Last week, I waited 45 minutes with 6 people in front of me and an hour because they skipped me. Be prepared to waste time when you need lab work done at CPL.

They have made mistakes on my labs two out of the four times Ive been there for monthly lab work. The employees are very rude and unprofessional. Getting blood drawn hasnt been a problem, that staff is doing a good job but the administrative team is a totally unorganized wreck. The wait is far too long and the waiting room is dirty.

Went to get blood work drawn. Waited over an hour for them to see me, apparently they had computer issues. I got my blood drawn, took longer than I was used to and had to move the needle a bit to finish drawing blood. Ended up fainting on my way out the door, staff took good care of me while I recovered.

Submitted labs and they lost them. Called multiple times and each time no one picked up. In summary, unreliable. Just what you want from a place handling testing. If they cant handle some of the basics right then how can can we be sure they are handling our testing correctly.

DONT GO! Its frightening that this is a medical facility. They routinely loose the blood request sent by doctors, they are completely disorganized and to top it off they will leave you with a huge bruise after they draw blood. Best to go somewhere else.

Always a long wait in a dirty waiting room with rude employees. Restroom is filthy. Dont bother going here if you need a timed test done. Find a different location. Usually when so many members of the staff are rude it means the management is bad.

Was there on Friday am, didnt have to wait long. Staff was friendly and blood was drawn correctly--No bruising. Have hard to find veins--No problem and no pain caused! Very satisfied. Facility could use some cleaning/sanitizing.

Two techs could not find my vein. Their best tech Beth supposedly retired an 80 year old could find my vein every time. What is happening to these personnel. Please do your job or go back to school or choose another career

I have to go here pretty frequently to get my blood drawn. The women who work the front counter are rude but the phlebotomists are usually okay to deal with, havent had one miss a vein yet.

Then sent exaggerating bill two months after the service. Never received my blood test results. They also lied about reaching to my health insurance provider which they never did.
