If you have options to go anywhere else but here, do it. The wait was insane, beyond insane actually. WITH an appointment, it took me TWO hours to be seen. There were people in the waiting room who did not have an appointment who had already been waiting 3+ hours to be seen. One gentleman, who clearly had a hearing deficit said he has been waiting for two hours, and the receptionist said "well I called your name!" He said, "I didnt hear you, because you called it while you were still sitting behind the glass." The receptionist, "Well, I cant help you with that, you can either wait or come a different day." I find it very sad that customer service is so far gone here that they are not even willing to help ensure people hear their names called, when said people clearly have a "deficit". So much for ADA requirements. I came for a pre-employement drug screen. I will be speaking with my HR department and put in word requesting that they use a different agency. I am sure this complaint will not get anywhere, but perhaps if my company takes the complaint seriously, we can make changes by not supporting this business. I have used Concentra Urgent care previously and they were amazing, even without an appointment I was checked in, completed my drug screen, and through within 30 minutes. Quest would do well to follow Concentras business practice, because they have got it down!

The lady behind the desk was pretty rude. I asked for some water and she looked at me, disgusted, and said "You should have drank some before you came. We cant give you water" and told me to sit back down and wait to be called. It was my first time taking a drug test. I didnt know the procedures and was not told ahead of time. She didnt have to be rude. She calls me like 10 minutes later to tell me that she can give me water but Id have to wait 45 minutes. When I was called to the back she handed me the kit and told me to set it all up with the same attitude. After I was done she didnt even tell me I was done. She just kinda carried on doing her own thing. If you can, go to a different location. This one sucks.

I almost didnt come to this location because of all the horrible reviews. Maybe my experience was better because I had a simpler test, I dont know. When I showed up, I had forgotten my paperwork, but they were able to find it in the system. I showed up a half hour early for my appointment, hoping to get it over with so I could eat something, and was taken back about 15-20 min later. The phlebotomist was fast and friendly and I was out of there 10 minutes later. Maybe Friday is the day to go. There were only four people in the waiting room besides me.

This place is a frigging joke and the people are rude and lazy. I work for Quest in San Diego CA. Boy do we run a tighter ship. I was so pissed off to see the way the lady up front spoke to the patients. I didnt get her name because she want even wearing a name tag. The supervisor must be a frigging joke to let her people get away with this. The sharps containers were overfull, I overheard them joking about a patients hair cut. Very unprofessional. I am so glad that I am not part of this team

Im trying to figure out how they got my info and billed me. I was pregnant at the time of the bill, I only saw my OBGYN, who has a lab in office, they billed me under my maiden name, which none of my drs use. I got a call from collections about it today. I now believe my info was stolen and used, or Im being scammed. I cant tell you how this company actually is, but I know I have a bill from them even though Ive never been there, so maybe choose wisely about going there.

Love this location and its staff! Ive been to others and wasnt happy with the level of service and the way they drew for my lab work. These guys at this location take care with the blood draws! Also, I love the fact that I can walk across the street for my dollar cup of coffee at one of Austins finest coffee stores!! Andersons...been going here since I was 4 with my mom back in the day.

Quest Diagnostics as a whole is one big joke. Nobody seems to know anything once you get past the grueling phone system. Getting your results should never be such a time consuming battle that youll end up losing in the end. If i could give zero stars i would. Go to concentra if you get the chance.

Went in on Thursday at noon nervous because I had missed my 11:45 appointment and there were some horror stories in the reviews but there was no wait! (and also nobody in the waiting room) Facilities are nice and clean and the man working there was very nice :D I would definitely go here again.

Have been going to quest for years, just stopped today. Let multiple people cut who didnt have appts just because of their sob stories. We all have to get to work...no cut-sies!

Never again. There is a LabCorp not that far away. Go to that instead. I waited for over an hour just to have more people cut in line. Absurd.
