Quick and efficient. No appointment needed. Technician was nice and friendly. Hours listed on website are incorrect. This clinic is closed noon to 1pm each day for lunch. Voicemail system is not professional. Sounds like a cheap answering machine used by someone at home. It needs to at least identify the business and state the hours. All this one says is, "Hello. Please leave a message after the beep."

Sitting here now at 3:30 pm there is one person here doing check-ins and drawing blood and everything else. Why is she here alone? There is a full lobby waiting for assistance. This is unprofessional and unacceptable! Poor girl!
