I had an appointment for 8:30 And showed up about 8:32. Several people were in the clinic when I walked in, and when i saigned in i noticed the only other person on the sign-in sheet with an appointment had one at 8:00 and they were crossed off the list. No staff person was visible for the next 10+ minutes. Its now 9:04am and this staff person has been calling people in order on the list, even though Im the only one with an appointment. Three people have already gone ahead of me. What was the point in me having and appointment? And this same lady gave me a horrible experience earlier in the year when she turned me away for a biometrics test after 30 minutes on the phone with Cigna because she didnt know the labcorp tax ID and couldnt figure out how to get through to a person and figure out how to process me in the system. She insisted I needed another form. I called Cigna afterward with no problem getting through to a person. And they said the labcorp person didnt know what she was talking about and that there is no other form. All my insurance info and the point in the test, how to bill etc were on the form I tried to give her and labcorp is in Cignas preferred provider network.

Staff is wonderful, very careful and caring. Ive been going to this location for the past five years, have taken my child for blood draws, etc. for allergy work and the phlebotomist is amazing with both adults and kids. Nice to be able to walk in during their open hours with no appointment, on my own time line.
