Might be a great lab but I wouldnt know. The girl at the window was about as helpful as a plant. Oh wait, plants are helpful ... any way I left and took my business to a nearby Quest. I forgot my insurance card at home but this tech left her customer service skills at her home too! When I asked if they had my insurance info on file she said, "Uh uh. We dont keep that here." ... never said another word to me. Maybe they dont ... but BE NICE!!!! You work with the public; therefore, it IS a part of your job to be professional to those that are being professional with you. I can take my money and my blood anywhere ... so I did. No way I would ever let her stick a needle in me if she cant even crack a smile or a kind word at the beginning of her work day ... let alone a helpful one! I mean really - she just unlocked the door - she couldnt have had time to get in a bad mood ... I assume she just comes that way every day. No thanks. Ill drive a few blocks further.

Pitiful, absolutely horrible customer service! My husband had blood drawn here 3 weeks ago, the two women working there were rude, he figured it was a bad day for them and just forgot about it. This morning he went again, same two ladies. There is absolutely NO NEED for their behavior. They are unprofessional in their demeanor and attitudes and not skilled enough to draw blood without completely bruising your arm. My husband said "Ouch", she flat out said, "Well, its gonna hurt, its a needle." There are dozens of labs in this area, stay away from this one. If I knew who owned it I would contact them. These girls are lucky they have a job.

My 12 year old sister got a letter in the mail saying her "payment" was due and that its 600 dollars. SHES 12. And and her charge date was in 2014. She wasnt even on the internet and rarely is, Is this some kind of scam? Idk how you got her information but please dont send us this mail ill be calling soon. This is horrible and unprofessional! And not to mention on the side it says "SERIOUSLY PAST DUE"
