I would have given this location 5 stars but when I arrived there was no one at the front desk. I think this is normal but slightly unnerving. Personal opinion only. I had an appointment. I arrived 8 minutes early and I was seen on time. Jill was my nurse and she was incredible. I am terrified of having my blood drawn and Jill was so sweet and patient especially when I almost passed out. I could not have asked for a better experience with her. Above and beyond. 5 stars for Jill. Thank youa

No one to answer the phone. I needed to know if I could eat, as a pregnant women, before my test that I have to sit for an hour on. Then when I arrived there was absolutely no one at the desk available to answer questions. The hours are 7-6 pm I arrived at 9:00 am. By the time I left which was almost 2 hours later there was still no desk attendant

Horrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes past my appointment time after arriving early. Only to find out this location does not offer what I needed go to another location or another business if at all possible. Gossip in the back heard loudly the entire time sitting in the waiting room. If your time is valuable. Dont go here.

Completely unprofessional staff. I hope they were just having a bad day. Ive never had someone speak to me in such a rude manner for absolutely no reason. I have no idea how you can keep a job in healthcare when you treat patients that way. I dont even normally post reviews, but this one is well deserved.

No greeting whatsoever, a woman used one word orders and was very rude. Then she stuck me twice in my right arm after I specifically told her blood is usually taken in my left. She failed twice, then called another woman in to take it.

Very unprofessional. Total lack of decency/care factor for their patients. The women in the front were too busy eating and using vulgar language. If I didnt need these tests ASAP, I would definitely go elsewhere.

the labcorp at 1141 keller pkwy does not exist. you should definitely call first before you go to any labcorp as the particular facility that you are interested in may not do the test that you need done.

A little unorthodox but thats what I loved about it. In and out , friendly staff, and they did great work. Loved the pictures that helped with the stress. Good work, would go back again

Totally dissatisfied! We have tried two of the collectors at this location... They lack any compassion or care! They should change jobs....

They only do certain tests, NOT urinalysis for employment drug screens...phone message doesnt say this and no one answered the phone.
