I have had pleasant experiences at this LabCorp location in the past, but when I went in last Thursday I received TERRIBLE customer service. They were short of staff and had no one sitting at the desk to greet patients or to check them in. One staff member in particular was rude, and very unprofessional. Very disappointing. I will be looking for another location for future lab work. The only reason my rating is 1 star is because another staff member volunteered to take over from the rude lady. This kind staff member helped me out and took great care of me.

Whats the point of setting up an onlin appointment and explicitly listing "Drug Screening" only to arrive to a sign that says they dont perform ple-employment screens. Youd think theyd actually see what their appointments are/say.

Twice in six weeks at this location, and twice the service was friendly and professional. First time I was seen at my exact appointment time, and the second time they actually got me in early!

Everyone here is friendly and wonderful at taking blood, no matter what kind of veins you might have! Very professional, knowledgable, and good at what they do!
