I had to have routine blood work done, so I asked my doctor to fax the paperwork to this location. I didnt make an appointment, but I was still taken care of in a timely manner. They had received the paperwork and filed it so that it was quick for them to find. The woman who did my blood work, Anastasia, was very kind and took care of me quickly. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

This was my second trip to this Quest location in Flower Mound, and both times were very good experiences. This morning, I was in and out within 15 minutes and the technician who drew my blood, Kymberlee, was excellent... efficient, friendly and very gentle. She definitely made the process of collecting blood much more pleasant. I highly recommend this Quest location.

In and out in 20 minutes, so I guess they are efficient. But that shouldnt replace customer service. Dont greet you when you come in or tell you what to do. The tech was very cold, didnt answer my questions (just ignored them altogether), and never said a word to me beside instruction. I found the entire staff quite unfriendly. Disappointed.

My husband needed blood work. Everyone has trouble drawing his blood because of his veins. Quina got blood on the first try. He didnt bruise up like he normally does.
