Called 10 minutes before they closed on a Sat. Spoke to a lady asked her when they closed she said at 12. At this point I asked if they could take someone a minute before. She put me on hold only to stall me. I showed up at 1159 the door was already locked. My blood work was to check a level that had to be done that day. This last test determined everything on to what happens next. Shame on you all for putting someone in a position like that. Customer service at its worse. Needless to say I had to drive to flower mound to have blood work done. Thank God I have some communication with my doctor. Had Id been the other 90% of people they would of been screwed.

Anne is great..efficient, draws blood painlessly, .friendly and more like the good old fashioned customer service missing from most places now. When my standing order was expiring, she proactively contacted the doctor to get it renewed before I got there. Never had that happen before!

Theresa was FANTASTIC! She showed me the vein where all other lab technicians cant find. Her stick was great and I didnt feel anything. 2 people ahead of me at 1:30 and I was in and out in 10 min. Great customer service and speed! Thanks Theresa!!!

This place is the slowest place in town . Got here when the place opened at 8:00 5 people back and took 90 minutes to draw blood .
