It says on their door they are open until 5pm. When I arrived at the door at 4:58 with a patient specimen, the door was locked, the lights inside were out, but an employee in a lab gown was standing at the counter completing some paperwork. She saw me looking in and raised her left hand signaling "5" as in we close at 5 I suppose. That is definitely not customer service at its best.

These people maybe good at their jobs but they are over twice as high as Lab Corp. I went in there for 5 routine tests (3 vials) and was told it was 297.00. Lab Corp was 117.00. If you have insurance maybe this wont matter but for the ones who have been screwed by Obama, it matters alot!!
