Terrible staff. Scheduling an appoint, getting results, or anything having to do with interacting with their staff is worse than any invasive test the Dr would recommend. Recently it took me hours to schedule an appointment, I waited 3 months, then they call me the night before and cancel it. Not for some legitimate reason, but because their paperwork was screwed up. Then she suggested on my voice mail that I call back to reschedule. I did, but apparently too close to closing time, so she wouldnt help me and told me I would have to call back again which isnt easy to do when you cant make calls from work. None the less I did but she wasnt in that day. Had to talk to someone else who couldnt have cared less if I lived or died. All she could do was leave a message for the girl who schedules. Still waiting on her to call me back...........

One of the worst office I have ever seen in my life. I am trying to get medical records of my son. and they dont have proper information to which office to be sent. They sent to the Alle- kiski medical center and I got from them that they could not able to find the records in their system which is weird. I dont know how to get the medical records from them. I dont recommend anyone to visit their office.

They are the most inconsiderate staff Ive ever encountered. They told me my two month old daughters appointment was cancelled when I walked in and I asked why they didnt call to tell me. She just shrugged. Avoid them at all costs.

Staff is hard to contact and not knowledgable, they have yet to transfer my records to my new gyn when I submitted the request NEARLY A YEAR AGO. Nothing but headaches here. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!
