This is also an Family Success Center location. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY ASSISTANCE UNLESS YOU NOW SOMEONE WHO WORKS THERE PERSONALLY! They ALWAYS turn you around at the 1st visit ,No matter what documents you bring they want more!They might as well have you bring a notarized letter from the tooth fairy proving you lost your baby teeth! Theyre unprofessional as I work in customer service and a waste of an off day.Coral Springs location is AMAZING!

To hell with this place the staff is horrible no one helps all they do is send you from employee to employee no one does their job I always have to call multiple times for referrals and clearances that Dr. Campbell says she will send to the hospital but never does THE DMV HAS BETTER SERVICE THAN THIS PLACE!! that should tell you enough. If there was a -5 star rating they most certainly earned it!!

i like going here its so great to have this place to go with grandmother they try to get t the people as fast as they can and the ladies there are so nice the service is great they try to get your in and out as fast as they can and you can see it

Uneffective, all the doc there do is give out labs and referrals, they dont actually look at problems and give medication. "I dont know" is their fav line. Smfh
