Hacen dos semanas llame al consultorio y deje mensaje de voz solicitando los récords médicos de mi esposo Nelson Siu, que es diabético, te piden dejes nombre apellidos fecha nacimiento y telefono, pero hasta hoy nadie contestó, hoy volví a dejarlos en el dpto indicado y confió que me devolverán la llamada. Ayer estuve todo el día llamando y ahora sale una contestación automática que el teléfono ocupado y q vuelva a llamar??, hemos sido atendidos por los médicos enfermeras y personal médico por muchos años y muy contentos, pero el personal del counter no es muy amigable, al contrario nunca ayudan siempre ponen trabas Y con malas caras, en especial una persona que habla español e inglés, las demás que hablan sólo inglés son muy atentas. Confío que pronto me envíen mis récords o me llamen por teléfono para saber qué hacer, tenemos una cita médica la próxima semana Y es urgente que los lleve.

I do not recommend this place at all. I promise you it will be a complete waste of time. I called twice and left two messages on two different days just to try to talk to a human being, not a machine, to ask them a question about my medication and I waited 5 days and STILL havent heard back from them. Now, I cant get it refilled because I "havent been to the office since October and seen by a primary doctor." WELL, MAYBE IF I COULD CALL AND TALK TO SOMEONE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN LESS THAN 5 DAYS, I WOULDNT HAVE TO GO TO URGENT CARE. And this isnt the first time this has happened! It is extremely frustrating that one cannot talk to a human being the day they call and that nobody even cares enough to return an important phone call when a message is left. There is always a long wait in the office when you can make an appointment and every, single appointment takes at least 2+ hours. Its always crowded and everyone working there seems so rushed. There clearly arent enough people working there to accommodate the amount of patients and it makes for a very unpleasant experience. I will never go back.

Ive been going to BCFHC since I relocated to South Florida in 2002 and I usually see Dr. Issac or Dr. Adams. Both are really great! They always go the extra mile to make sure that whatever issue I came in for is resolved. Ive never experienced any issues with calling in for appointments or getting referrals for my specialist visits, like what others said. I usually go to the West Park location, but Ive also been to their other locations 2-3 times over the years. Each location provided the same great service. I love BCFHC and wouldnt trust my medical care needs with anyone else!

After reading all the bad reviews I am now glad they refused to serve me after I presented a handful of photo ID, refused to allow them to scan my DL, but agreed they could scan one of my other photo IDs. Why are most medical service centers ignorant about their involvement across the identity theft problem is beyond me. I do what I can do to protect my family and you cant fault me for that.

Will never go back. I left a voice mail every day for 2 weeks and they still never called me back. So I went to the office. At the office there is no parking. If you park in the wrong spot, your car will be towed. When I finally got an appointment, I arrive 20 minutes early with my paper already completed only to find out that they canceled my appointment.

My experience was a very bad one. I found that the front desk people are not very proffessional. They gossip more than anything. And very partial toward the latinos. I had waited 55 minutes after my appointment time and yet no one talked to me. Dont wast your time going there.

Horrid service and waiting times. They run this place not only like health is not that serious but also like everyones time is worthless. Including their own.. They seem to just float around all day. Never one good experience here.

Worse clinic I ever been to. Dr. De Leon is really rude and had an attitude for no reason. Stay away from here! She made me waist two months for my referrals and when I got them....guess wrong referrals, Stay away from here!

My husband and I both went to the Hollywood Office for our first visit and were very pleased with the staff and the Nurse Practitioner that took care of us. The wait was a little long but most medical offices are the same.
