This place is awful. Its so slow and it doesnt matter if you have an appointment any person that is there before you will go before you even if youre on time for your appointment. We got here at 145pm for our appointment and did not get seen til 245pm. An hour after our appointment just because there were 4 walk ins before us. This place is closed until 130pm on Wednesdays so I know those 4 people didnt have appointments before us. Such slow service, if youre going to come over I would advise you to bring something to read or do for the next hour.

Terrible service. Had an appointment in October and wasnt even seen until 2.5-3 hours later. Was told to try another birth control since they were out of the one I used and that if I didnt like it they would switch me to my old brand. When I called to switch o my old one they claimed that I had to have an appointment to be seen to have it switched. Long story short worst medical office Ive been to. No professionalism at all. Dont reccomend at all, and when you call you arent even calling the office directly, its a service center.

Let me get this clear to some of you ladies. There are a lot of women who come into planned parenthood. And from what i saw they had a small staff. So you have to know ahead of time that a little waiting is involved. I originally came in and was out in maybe 2 hours or so. They worked with me on prices and helped me and my family come to a price that was comfortable. Please dont perpetuate hate on this lovely little clinic. They are extremely caring and understanding and they definitely helped me in my time of need.

Every staff member is beyond nice. Unfortunately they dont take my insurance, so Ill probably have to find a new clinic/gyno, but definitely the best quality service. Super knowledgeable people who work here. I had my blood drawn (which is usually a nightmare for me), but the woman who helped draw my blood did everything absolutely perfectly. Awesome staff!! DEFINITELY book an appointment like I did. Otherwise it will probably be just like any other clinic, which is packed and typically sluggish.

I went in the office for a simple test. While there, I felt dizzy. The nurses and the doctor caame in to help quickly. My bp was awfully high. They gave me a referal to the er. Everyone was so concerned and nice. To morning after, one of the nurses called to check on me. I gave them 5 stars because they were courteous, patient, helpful, thorough and compassionate. They have really great people working there.

Walked in on a Wed for routine labs & was In & out in less than an Hr! As a former PP employee, I was super impressed with the service and care I received at this health center. The front desk was super efficient & my HCA Dee was really personable. I was using ins so the visit included a brief consult with the NP and she was very lovely. PP always has what we need when we need it. Tell your friends!

Tried calling 3 days in a row and could not get an answer. Finally came in as a walk in and waited 1 hour and 15min before I was even checked in and then continued to wait another 45min for my shot, which only takes 5min. I have been coming here for awhile and it seems everyone I come I wait more and more. Its rediculous

Would give zero if I could. Already having the worst week ever in regards to health related things. Drove 45 minutes for an appointment just for them to tell me I scheduled the wrong type and had to reschedule my appointment. No compassion. No care.

No matter what time you made your appointment youre almost guaranteed to wait approximately an hour or two before anyone sees you. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable However, I hope they do something about the wait because it is ludicrous.

Theyve really done a 180. Amazing nurses, customer service and a lovely Doctor. Lady care isnt fun, but these ladies made me feel completely at ease.

Dont even bother to make an appointment. Had an appointment at 11:15am. Its 1pm now and Im still waiting!!! Staff is unconcerned and not helpful!
