I booked our appointment 2 weeks in advance and when I showed up the lady at the front desk, who was rather rude, told me I had no insurance and that it lapsed in 2011 (which I knew was incorrect). I pushed her to call our insurance company and she still couldnt figure it out. Dr Hollingsworth (who was really nice) came out to help her and they still couldnt figure it out. I got frustrated and left. I called another optometrist across the tollway who verified my insurance in 5 minutes and got us in that afternoon. Our appointments took less time at the new optometrist than it took for dr Hollingsworths office to mess around with our insurance. Frustrating.

Let me start off by saying Dr. Hollingsworth was very friendly and very speedy, which I appreciated. I would have highly rated her and her office if it were not for one of her front office staff, Jenny. She was extremely rude and was not helpful at all when I came to her with a question about insurance. I had to call 3 different times to try and get a question answered and all 3 times she was hard to communicate with and very rude. She did not help with a problem I had and copped an attitude with me for asking her to figure out something simple.

Fantastic doctor and staff!!! Im not too certain as to how one could give a negative review due to the office being booked with appointments? Thats a sign Dr. Hollingsworth and the staff are doing something right. Be sure to be proactive with your eye-care and book your appointment in advance. Well worth it!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Never have I had an appointment that was so easy and so pleasant. The doctor saw my mother and I quickly and was so helpful with explaining our diagnosis to us. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an OD!

Dr. Hollingsworth is the best, she explains things clearly and never rushes you. She sees our entire family and is always amazing with my kids, including our 18 yo is intellectual disabilities and autism. We just love her and her staff!

Great doctor, lousy office. My family is five have seen her since she opened, in Costco. Rude receptionist and cant get an appointment for weeks. Still the best doctor around. Just wish she had better help.
