Outstanding!!! Both my son and I had recent appointments. Dr. Konvalin was extremely thorough, and patient. He took the time he needed to make sure our eye prescriptions as well as our eye health were perfect. Ms. Andrea was a fantastic, calming, and thorough assistant, and Ms. Melissa was awesome with our contacts and glasses needs...she even was able to make my sons glasses lenses on the spot while we waited. Prices were reasonable. We felt like valued customers, as well as, valued patients. We have definitely found our new eye care "home."

As a service professional I can tell that the staff is intentional about providing the best atmosphere and experience possible. Dr. Stiles is pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with a great sense of humor. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and what everything means to you. I live in McKinney but this is definitely worth the drive!

My first time visit and long-needed eye exam was a wonderful experience. First Eye Care receptionist was able to get me in for a thorough and professional exam same day I called the office. Dr. Konvalin was very friendly and made me feel as though I was a regular visitor. I would highly recommend FEC for your next eye exam. The walls were decorated with beautiful art creations by elementary students from Prosper ISD. I will be back.

First Eye Care explained they too considered this but decided to continue to accept the coverage rather than lose patients. That made me feel great right away. Dr Wade Konvalin is the 1st eye doctor that I have had that has made the experience meaningful for me. He takes the time to explain what is done and why. He helped to catch a pre diabetic diagnosis before my primary care doctor did. I am a patient for life! Great staff and a clean, fresh, exciting office to visit.
