Had a fantastic experience at Dr Quachs office. Very prompt, courteous, professional , knowledgeable and compassionate. Took my concerns seriously. I have severe dry eyes and Dr Quach Fitted me for contacts that gave me crisp vision. In addition to testing visual acuity, he spent a lot of time evaluating my tear layer and examined my optic nerve. Im a 39 year old emergency physician so I have to see close for intricate sutures as well as distance to see the telemetry monitors. I would highly recommend Dr. Quach.

Poor, uncoordinated service. Asked about using my own frames to update the prescription lens and after being assured twice that it was no problem and dropping them off, then they call to tell me that they will not do it because there is liability in manufacturing frameless lenses. Did no one know that before they took them in and charged me for them? Or just because the doctor is never there, they have no clue.... They insisted on buying new frames at no discount ***clever attempt.

Great service and I can see again! I was going to another eye Dr. in Frisco and kept telling them that I could not see up close. The Dr. just kept telling me that if i wear contacts and wanted to see up close that I had to buy reading glasses. I went to Stonebriar vision Centre, explained my problem and he had me set up with the correct prescription in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend them if eye sight is important to you.

Everyone here is super nice and professional. The office/admin staff are super friendly and make the paperwork easy. In fact, you can even do the paperwork online if you want! Plus, Dr. Quach is very nice and suggests what is best for you (and didnt even have to dilate my eyes thank goodness!). I now have new contacts which I love. The place is very clean and has a good selection of glasses to choose from as well.

I went in for an eye exam for my 8-year old daughter. Dr. Quach is very nice. He explained things very well. I have VSP which covered 100% of the glasses upto $120. Just remember when you check "agree" to the new retinal picture procedure, they will do it and you have to pay $50 something. I think you should get it done for the first time, but not at every visit.
