I had an eye appointment with Dr Bailey who is very nice and informative. The customer service, however, has been poor. I had an eye doctors appt on 8/5. The lens and frames salesman was too focused on trying to sell me glasses that he overlooked my discount for my contact lens fitting and also didnt bother to ask me how I wanted to use MY benefits. I had to call to the office to get it corrected the following Monday 8/7. She informed me that I would be credited $15. I still havent seen the credit; its 8/29. Also, in between 8/5 & 8/29, Ive called the office 4 times inquiring about trial contacts. I was told the first 2 times that they havent arrived yet. On the 3rd time which was 8/24, I was informed that the office forgot to place an order and that they would arrive Monday 8/28. Once again, its 8/29. Ive called the office and the lady informed me that my contacts were on backorder with no ETA. I asked her when were they made aware of the backorder, she told me "just now". At that point, I asked to speak to Dr. Bailey and so Im currently awaiting a phone call from her today. I wont be surprised at all if I dont receive that phone call. The service is terrible. I will never return to this eye doctors office again.

This is the WORST office I have ever had to deal with & my kids PCP makes me wait over an hour every visit just to see the doctor. Natalie in their office racially profiled my brother. She for 1. would not let me speak with an office manager, saying it was her but refused to give me the 1st initial to her last name (any office manager I know will give you their full last name with no problem) & 2. not let me send a check through mail for the reason "its just our office policy". I questioned why that was the policy & she stated that she needed a copy of my ID - I stated I would send one with the check and that was not good enough for her because I had to be there in person for "liability reasons". I work at a doctors office and have never heard of any of her excuses. I believe that it shouldnt matter your race! I feel bad for the doctor and think that she should look into hiring a new staff. I will never be going back to this office and will be reporting them to the BBB!

I have been going to First Eye Care West Plano for a couple of years now and everyone in the office truly cares about their patients. Dr. Bailey and Dr. Sukenik are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and happy to answer any and all questions. The staff in the office are all very friendly and provide the best customer service, going above and beyond to help me understand my insurance plan and what benefits I have available. On top of all that they have a great variety of glasses to pick from and take the time to explain my options regarding what lenses would work best for my situation. If you are looking for outstanding Optometrists and excellent customer service there is no place I would recommend more than First Eye Care West Plano. Best place hands down!

Dr. Bailey was great! Professional, thorough, and very courteous. Would definitely come for an exam, but would recommend elsewhere to fill a prescription. Glasses were quoted 7 days (which, is still a long time to begin with), but didnt arrive until 11 days later. The selection was alright, not very diverse on styles. The front desk staff was kind, but felt a little rushed at the beginning of my visit. 3 stars for great service from the Optometrist, and the front desk staff. Minus 2 for long turnaround time, limited selection, and no "satisfaction guaranteed" offered on the frames. I rarely return things but the option is comforting especially for something Ill be wearing on my face everyday.

I have been going to First Eye Care for over 5 yrs. I have NEVER had any issues or complaints. In fact, they are very excellent in their service and kind and considerate in their treating their patients (from the front desk to the Doc) I have been worked in, given extra advice and been sent to other places that can repair my glasses quickly. Dr. Bailey is an excellent Dr. and sees all 5 members of my family. We have had various eye issues and Dr. Bailey has treated all conditions in an excellent manner. I cant say enough about what wonderful service they give.

I have been going to Dr. Bailey for 3-4 years now- each appointment Ive had, the office has gotten me in on time and Dr. Bailey has been in to see me as soon as Im wrapped up with all the standard tests. Everyone on the staff is always friendly and helpful. I have not ever ordered any glasses or looked at frames there in the store- I cant speak to that side of things. First Eye Care West Plano also has a great texting "app" they use to set up appointments and remind you of your appointment- I love having that as a quick way to confirm / schedule everything.

Dr. Bailey and her staff truly care about their patients and want to provide the best experience possible to everyone that comes in to the office. Dr. Bailey takes the time to really understand any issues you are facing and ensures that you end up with the correct prescription before you leave. After the appointment, the contacts come in quickly and I never have any issues with insurance or billing. The care I have received over the past several years is wonderful and is the reason why I will only see Dr. Bailey for as long as I live in the area.

Dr. Sarah B was great. I was having eye issues, and the Doctor switched me to a different brand, gave some medicine drops prescribed, and my eyes have never been happier. Great care and thoroughness. Couldnt be happier. I had just gone to another optometrist 2 months earlier and was having all sorts of eye dryness and uncomfortable eyes that still werent clearing up. She solved the problems for me.

Dr. Bailey is one of the best optometrists Ive ever seen. She is patient and kind and truly cares about her patients, while also being a top-notch professional. Ive been seeing various optometrists for 27 years, and she truly is the best using state of the art technology to make sure there are no health issues with your eyes and making sure you get the correct prescription.

Dr. Bailey is very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. She has answered my questions and helped me get into the right prescription. The tests that need to be took very little time when I have visited, and she has completed the appointment in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dr. Bailey and her staff, who all seemed just as friendly and helpful as she is.
