I waited 20 minutes in the front area and was never greeted. All the employees were in the back. I could hear them talking with one another, it seemed as though no one was being helped. I finally got up, marked my name off the list and said in a loud voice "I guess Ill go somewhere else since no one is here to help me". A woman immediately walked out of an office toward me with a scowl on her face! The other gentleman in the waiting room left as well. He had arrived ten minutes prior to me and and never been greeted either.

Pretty, clean location. However, the staff should be advised to be friendlier and more kind. It was my first time to have to get blood drawn. I realize, at my age, I should probably know the routine, but I did not. I appreciate that they were in a hurry but a smile and a few encouraging words would have gone a long way. No one was there to tell me what to expect or what to do next and I felt stupid. VERY bad business practice, if you happen to be in the business of helping people.

I make an appointment before each time I need blood drawn. I am always called into the back on time. The techs are consistently courteous and friendly. They are also efficient and skilled. I am usually back in my car within 15-20 minutes.

My 19 year old went in for blood work and they made give them her debit card and held $88 until the insurance pays. What the heck!
